- Tyler Stojan posted a statement on Vision Homes Facebook page. This statement had a lot of false information in it.

STORY:
The man in the video is Dennis Tissington and the guy to call him via phone to come and assault me is Tyler Stojan with vision homes.
I stopped by to have a civil conversation about some money that was payed to him get some work done. He scammed a small business.
Last year this small business hit a gas line when 2 employees were not paying attention. Tyler Stojan was having some concrete work done that had just been poured but was evacuated for safety. He claimed that the evacuation left his concrete to set improperly. Asked for a large some of cash from this small company, the company paid to stay on good terms with Tyler and the neighborhood, this was a mistake. As Tyler pocketed the money given to him and a year later never fixed any concrete. The concrete has nothing wrong with it, set fine and looks perfect.
He committed fraud by asking and taking payment for something he was never going to do anything with. There is a paper trail for this payment made.
I stopped by to ask what he had done with said money, and if he was going to fix anything, he replied "iv got the money in my pocket" and than told me to go fuck myself, I proceeded back to my car while explaining that this is fraud over $5000, section 380 cc. Punishable up to 14 years in prison for all the people involved. I did not swear, raise my voice, call him names or threaten him in any way.
He got upset He had a temper tantrum, called Dennis, his father in law, to come assault me with a weapon.
No the company I work for is not being sued for hitting a gas line, the company paid the bills owing for repairs and gas loss to Atco. No other damages were caused.

You can also get Dennis to pay his lawyer fees and to fix the car and for reimbursement of medical charges/time off work/even the mental distress. File them through a different city incase Dennis is friends with judges locally, if he can. He can get him if he really wanted to.

Had something similar happen to me when I saw a sexual assault happen in a parking lot. Followed me back to my car shouting and acting mr.tough trying to make me not say anything about the girl, let's say he wasn't mr.tough when he got a 21-inch knife pointed against him when he closed distance; till the cops showed up. In the USA if someone approaches my vehicle with a weapon I will jump out and order him to drop it or he won't need to worry about going a hospital. And there's not a jury in the land who would blame me. If he takes another step in my direction he's history...old or not. Also since I don't trust people with weapons I would have taken his truck keys and dropped them off the nearest bridge to insure they didn't try and follow and further antagonize me. I am not involved in the conflict and I do not know who is right, but I would definitely neither trust this video nor the statement of Tyler Stojan. Probably the truth is somewhere in between and both sides just continued raving each other up until it all exploded. Sadly there is no real unbiased source in the internet so the only thing we can look at are the sentences, which don’t go harsh against either side. So I guess both are kind of at fault

This is one reason I always carry. Thank goodness he didn’t try to really hurt the guy because that baton can inflict some serious damage to the body. Ask yourself this question “Can I protect myself and my family if one or more crazy people attack us with knives, batons, or etc.” Some cases police are 20-30 mins away from SAVING you. I know it’s a little of subject but it’s something everyone should think about.

There're two courts that should be involved with what I saw on the video. The criminal courts, which seems to have already taken place. The other court is civil court. The driver of the car can still seek civil justice for damages and injury.

The driver and his business terrorized this neighborhood in Alberta. Including taking a bobcat to destroy property, breaking gas lines in the neighborhood, throwing rocks through peoples windows, threatening people with violence, stalking and harassing families they did shite business for, demanding money not entitled to them. They acted like thugs, then chose to turn the Camera ON when someone had enough and reacted to them.

It only costs around $200 to file for a small claims against someone, small claims you don't even need a lawyer, only documents and evidence(This video and a police report) handed to judge and he asks for each side of story and then makes his decision. When you win the claim court costs are included with, so technically you only were costed time.

Hi. I read the Facebook side of the other party. Lots of accusations,but no proof from them I could find. You on the other hand showed documents proofing what you stated. Facts are facts! It's easy to make up a fabrication. I have heard lots. The bolder thing from the other side sounded contrived to say the least.And your stating you didn't drive away due to them saying you tried to run over them I can believe. It is a serious offense here in the States.

What matters are the facts and the fact is that Dennis committed a crime no matter the backstory. For example if you were to murder someone it doesnt matter if the judge disliked the murder victim the murderer is going to be convicted if there is clear video evidence.

Lol I woke up this morning and the name Dennis Tissington popped in my head and I just had to rewatch this video. What an odd name haha
I was in jail once with a guy who bragged about hitting somebody with a crowbar. His next few weeks were spent being clowned on. We teased that dude so damn much and he kept making racist mexican jokes, I'm the mexican, and eventually I got tired of it and told him we get out on the same day and I have no problem getting locked right back up if he kept running his mouth. Well the next day I was talking to somebody and said I need a cigarette when i get out....low and behold mister racist crowbar speaks up " I got you bro when get out" I looked at him and said " I thought you hated me and was down to fight when we left?" He says " aw man I was just mad I'm cool now." I also remember a dude getting an eye infection and I took his bunk, we kept our cell very clean and had containers of cleaning supplies we stashed away from when the brought the cart by.
This is why people turn into gangs for justice. This old man should have been punished.

A guy walking up to your car with a baton and smashing out your windows is a serious lethal threat. That type of threat could easily be met with understandable lethal force, resulting in loss of life. Old guy needs to wise up before his emotions paint him into a corner... J/S....

If you have all the proof on paper there was no reason to go to his place of business or residence etc to confront him about this. It was best that you contact the local DA and ask him if its fraud. If it is anything significant I am sure the DA would make a case out of it. You going there only resulted in 2 broken car windows and you didn't get any money back. I would rather just deal with people via lawyers if its monetary.
