He has invited my son out into the street to fight, he throws yard debris from his nasty property on to ours claiming it came from us. He accuses us of damaging their property, stealing from them, and dealing drugs. If we have visitors when he's around, he snaps pictures of their license plates. We've had the police called on us for pretty much just breathing his direction.
It's a bit long, but listen to the accusations and the goading. Of course, I poke back... A lot more than him.
We have to live next to this nasty place that gets worse year by year. There are feral cats everywhere that take refuge in the junk pile next to the house. We've had them die in there and stink up the area for many days at a time. And they breed mosquitoes with literally hundreds of open containers.
How do you sell a house when people come by and see this shit next door. Code enforcement has had running fines since 2012 but yet, they can't won't do anything else about it.

@Donique Whonder - It might not happen immediately but if they have code inspectors come in and it’s deemed unsafe, then they’d lose the property. Well, at least here in CA! My grandparents had a hoarding problem and it got really bad in there! It took them both needing an inpatient physical rehab for us to finally be able to get in there an try to do something about it. By the time we did it was beyond horrific and we basically told them that they needed to move or we’d have to report them! Believe me it wasn’t an easy decision to force their hand but they had such a bad rat infestation that was causing them so many health issues that we HAD to! Luckily they didn’t fight us, but the realtor we hired who helped us clean the house out (took a month of day and night work for a small 2 bed 1 bath with a small bonus room) told us that when they’d had the hot water heater replaced a couple months before, that guy by law should’ve reported them and if he had the house would’ve been condemned and they quite literally would’ve lost everything! Luckily we were able to sell the property and it has them set for a long time (we live in the San Francisco Bay Area and even a house like that which had to be torn down the the foundation and one wall, sold for $950k... insane I know!) Hopefully this crazy bastard and his mother are no longer in control of that property... for the entire neighborhood, and especially that neighbor’s sake)!
