Honestly, I feel like one of the things Em never gets enough credit for is just how much he pays homage to his influences and the OGs both in his music and interviews. Lot of clowns talk about the culture, ask what he has contributed or say Em doesn't belong, but how many of them know even 10% of what Em does about hip hop history? Man's whole hall of fame speech was basically one joke about almost dying due to his drug use and then dropping about a hundred names of greats and people who influenced him that he felt deserved more respect and then he was out. It's fine to not like the music any artist releases and have our own rankings, but to deny their talent is ignorant. This goes for every artist, not just Em. Sick of all the talk about race. @Young Ricky Racks Fuck that. Do both of them. Entire relapse album is straight fire. I remember loving it when it came out but hating the accent. As time went on I've grown to overlook the accent. It's his 2nd album imo. Eminem show is the best.
@@joelfrankel708 mane what you said the relapse album is fire but deja vu isn’t as good as 3 AM in my opinion 😂 the Eminem show is definitely one of Ems best projects ‼️
@Young Ricky Racks 3am is an ill song, especially after the opening skit and the energy it kicks the album off with. I just love Deja Vu, easily a top 10 Em song for me. I had a drug problem myself at one point though, and the way he illustrates the thought process of how he tried to justify his addiction and the lies he used to tell himself just to keep popping pills and living in denial... it's so spot on. Like he doesn't over explain it or get too wordy with it, yet at the same time it's so accurate. Idk that song just hits me differently.
Evil Twin by Em is one of his best tracks because he explains how he feels about all this top whatever and the difference between EM and Shady... ALL YEAH HOMIE WITH THE BUCKET HAT WAS RAKIM THE MASTER WHO CREATED WHAT RAP BECAME HANDS DOWN
I wish we lived in a world where Eminem and Mos Def decide to chill on the same stage. Mathematics is in fact one of my favorite songs of all time. Don't even fuck around. You know that would be fire.

Alot of people try to mimick ems writing style and cadence and fail miserably because they don't understand that his way of writing is not a tactic or a skill but a thought process. It's hard to explain but if I had to explain most rappers write in 2D Em writes in 3D he follows no rules or barriers when writing. He'll force a word to rhyme if he has to and he'll make it sound good.
You can actually see Jamar die inside whenever Eminem is mentioned. He would kill to have half the skill or half the respect from the O.G.s that matter like Em gets.
Lord Jamar hates EVERYTHING that's not Brand Nubian. It's very rare to hear him say anything positive. He's wrong for it, but he's bitter and funny at the same time
You guys are so very very awesome, as well as gorgeous. It has been a pleasure watching you guys discover the real Marshall Mathers/Eminem/Slim Shady (watch out for that one). Not just the surface mainstream version of Eminem you only ever hear about now. talk about him. It's hearing it all over again for the first time with fresh eyes and it's wonderful. I thank you for it. I always hate when people write him off, he's just an emcee that really needs to be heard, understood, and listened to to really get it (lyrics help too lol). I was born in 88' & it has been a RIDE, Eminem, Dre, Snoop, 50, D12 were a major part of that ride, everyone from that time even Nelly, Ludacris.. Talk about nostalgia. I’m all about the Lyrics…The bar’s and wordplay by Em is unmatched period. if you listen to Em and honestly every single bar has a deeper meaning it’s mind blowing that a conversation of the Greatest Of All Time has to be discussed it’s a non discussion in my opinion. That was Rakim in the tan hat and shirt. One of the Goats
I have to say when I first found your channel I was annoyed that you guys talked so much... But now that's my favorite part of your guyses videos... One of my all-time favorite channels keep doing you
I gotta say boys. Y’all be missin Ems bars like crazy ya heard. Gotta listen harder.
Wha?
Shut up
Y’all missin bars. Ya not catchin em. Every line he spits is a bar. Literally. Every line
@@michaelclark9918 are you okay? I don't think you've been watching these boys lately
@Tiffany Kim hes actually right, they miss 80% of bars, so hes not crazy, maybe you're just deaf and miss them yourself?
Ya'll should watch Eminem and Proof freestyle in 99. It's cool to see how close they were and just them doing something they both love together without it having to be a concert.
Or bad meets evil off of the slim shady lp. They haven’t done that yet and they like Royce
RIP proof
This
You guys should do fight music off the first D12 album it has my favorite Eminem verse of all time on there.
MORE EMINEM!!!! 😂
Please do Déjà vu. I’ve asked a couple times. It’s a great song off his relapse album. It’s about his struggles with pills.
This
Fuck deja vu do 3 AM hell🙄
You should react to "why Eminem is one of the most impressive lyricists."
97 Bonnie and Clyde! Gotta complete the story. Thanks guys! Y’all are killing it!!
just like Em killed Kim in that song lol.
I think you guys are so funny to watch. You all are so passionate about how you feel especially the end of the video debate.
Eminem THE GOAT 🔥🔥🔥
Evil Twin by Em is one of his best tracks because he explains how he feels about all this top whatever and the difference between EM and Shady...
ALL YEAH HOMIE WITH THE BUCKET HAT WAS RAKIM THE MASTER WHO CREATED WHAT RAP BECAME HANDS DOWN

I wish we lived in a world where Eminem and Mos Def decide to chill on the same stage. Mathematics is in fact one of my favorite songs of all time.
Don't even fuck around. You know that would be fire.
Now presenting DeltronZero and Automator...
Hiphop is a journey. Enjoy the path.
Facts black on both sides and the black star albumn with Talib are both in my top 20 best hip hop albumns all time
Eminem is killer a murder lyrically from the A to Z .
Yall need to go through each album of his and check them out. Missing out on alot of bangers, not to mention singles
I really like the fact you said you didn't rate him until you listened to him. Props for being humble.
Em is so good that rappers get better just by listening to his music.
I would love to see you all watch the south rise, particularly Houston rap in the 03-07 era. Still tippin is one of the hardest songs ever
I love ol skool rap ❤ this conversation made me smile
What's crazy is yall reacted to over 100 em songs/features and just barely scratched the surface of his catalog lol.
Em has like 9 hours of freestyle radio joints I grew up on that are still on another level. Im w Tyler, Relapse was a damn masterpiece.
Em is the best to ever do it. Period
Hell nah
Dumbest thing I seen today
@@J98131 you just a hater
How old are u
@@IceIceShady yeah I’m a hater bc I have different goat than you
EM truly had to prove he is THE GREATEST , the skin color only cost him time to prove just like RAKIM said ,
EM is truly THE GREATEST
yall asked whos that when RAKIM was on screen...i damn near switched the video lol but ill give it a chance🤣🤣
I love this love man! This was a fun video to witness y’all.
I mean this respectfully but y’all don’t know too many older rap artists. Maybe start reacting to 90’s Hip Hop , maybe some 80’s. Just saying. Knowledge is power.
Would love it if you guys reacted to Ems “Campaign Speech” or “ Fine Line” off of SHADY XV, Love your guys reactions!
I keep finding songs I like by the dude. Em is just different. Latest favorite I found is "crack a bottle".
Loving the Stros’ hat. I’ve known y’all were south LA by instinct, for a while, but the Wayne love and H hat, has cemented my suspicions. From a Houstonian. Not enough of us swamp rats are on RUclips. Thank you for being here.
I recommend Theo Von, and some H Town Dirty South rap.
Start some wu tang love. The greatest group to ever do it
@@LarrySalamander rza. Gza. Ol dirty bastard. Method man. Raekwon. Ghostface killah. Inspectah deck. U god. Masta killa. Cappadonna
and OUTKAST!!!!!!!!!!!
@@dsteele2332 I don’t really consider two people a group
@shawn piette I hear that but I just consider it to be 2 categories...group or solo artists..for non solo acts Wu, outkast and run dmc are the epitome
@@dsteele2332 Beasties too. Outkast is a major factor. WU is a gift box of lyricists (U-god has always been suspect on his bars, but...)
You need to react to kill you, and if I get locked up tonight by eminem. Yall still have so much more to react to
Alot of people try to mimick ems writing style and cadence and fail miserably because they don't understand that his way of writing is not a tactic or a skill but a thought process.
He's wrong for it, but he's bitter and funny at the same time
My first cassette was grandmaster flash and the furious five and without question, eminim deserves his place among the greats
And luda has always said if he could collab with one rapper it would be with Eminem!
Bring back the Em reactions!! And do EVIL TWIN already!!!!!! Please 🙏🏻
YOU'VE GOT HUNDREDS OF EM SONGS TO GO BOYS. GET IT CRACKIN (no pun intended)
Great show fellas. Thanks and love the content.
I guarantee you can let the entire first album ride and react to the whole album
Wish you guys coulda lived it yourselves, have a feeling you'd of really enjoyed it. But keep studying & following the history like you do and you can still feel it when you do.. Simply Amazon 😍 (PS: I for some reason always find my personal favorite Eminem verse to be in Patiently Waiting, that whole song is a fucking masterpiece, powerful . I remember living 9/11 too, so that song has always just meant something to me) its timeless, thnx for reacting on that too! Been BINGINGGGG 😜
Eminem is a GOAT
I want an Em and Ludacris collab so fucking bad!!
Same
So again fellas - React to If I Get Locked Up Tonight. I’ve been asking for months fam!!!!!
Not a fan of rap or Eminem not my kind of music but I totally get why he's number one. Why he's respected. Why people wanna be like him. He's the best at what he does if rap is what your into.
Still waiting on y’all to react to Eminem Demon Inside and My Darling
"wordsmith lyrical genius"
Em produced a Tupac album and the whole album is amazing!
Em show the Cartier family some love, they have went on the journey. Much respect 2 the Cartier family.
Kanye is a great artist but he has a full team of 20 people writing for every song lol
Y'all must visit the eminem show album, the whole song are bangers
I'd love to see y'all do "Marshall Mathers" or "Who Knew?" I dont recall seeing y'all do those. If you have then disregard. Haha keep up the good work fellas.
How about Hey Em heard your names on the Lolita flight list
Who Knew is still one of my favorite Em songs of all time
numbers have their place but the true measure of greatness is the admiration and respect of your peers
I think Mozart is still the most listened artist of all time in total
@Drink bleach "Even tho they all say they're real I know that most aren't "🎵💓
They said that he was the most listened to artist on Spotify.
My god, my fucking heart sank after they said "Who's that?" to Rakim. lol. Raised the bar for MC"s just like Eminem did now. Check out Eric B. & Rakim - Paid In Full. The beat should be familiar to you guys. Keep in mind it's from 1986 or 87.
They saw rakim and said "who dat?" 😔
Guys Do Headlights and Greatest by Em next please!
kings never die
Dude wearing the Ghana soccer jersey's made me subscribe. Respect ✌👍
I’m a Louisiana(NOLA) baby and I can name my top five but different generations have different opinions about wha they believe hip-hop/rap should sound like but my list consists of all old school rappers and no Jay-Z is my number 6 and I don’t care what anyone says but it’s Em, Tupac, Nas, Biggie, Lil’ Wayne. Oh wait Jay’s not 6th bc I would put Kanye before Jay that’s just my opinion.
Don't forget Luda, he got some bangers.
Mr Rushmore of rap. Lil Wayne, Eminem, and Busta
Metallica is proven to be one of the most followed band even ppl who didn't like that music knew them
I love these dudes no lie but buddy in the middle killing the vibes mad as hell lol
Eminem is the greatest hip hop artist of all time
LMAO at this stan .. he said, Em&Em is the greatest. LMAO 🤣 stop with your lies!
EM is NOT tha GOAT NOT to me but he is a great lyricist.
Listen to the whole albums of Em..you will melt. There is no competition..only person close is wayne..get to it Fam
