Hi.
As a teacher I may know 10-12 practices in yoga that helps reversing diabetes. But this doesnt mean that everyone having diabetes will be equally benefited by these. Some will get the benefit from first 5-6 some will get the benefit from other. As a teacher I have to check this for my students.
Similarly you will have to check it for yourself. Practice one for few weeks and see the difference. If there is some improvement, continue practicing. If not hen change to other.

Mr.Devidutta! suggested setting posture by is not suitable for diabetic patient specially those who are 50 + will you please suggest any another posture .
For those who cant sit down, can do the same mudra and breathing sitting on the chair.
How many times a day would you suggest this breathing technique ?
And how many repititions each time ?
Start with 5 min and 2 weeks gradually increase it to 15 min.
15 min can be at a stretch or 2 or 3 sets of 7-5 mins
Excellent but can we do this by sitting on the floor with our legs extended and leaning against the wall .I would appreciate it if you would reply lam a diabetic
I think it will be a little difficult to do the abdominal breathing sitting on the floor with legs extended. Instead you can do this lying on the back or sitting on the chair. Hope this helps.

What if a person has inflammation in hand and feet
Before food? Morning or evening?
Can be done anytime of the day. But avoid doing immediately after food. Around 2hrs gap after food is good.

Yes you can sit on chair and do. Start with 7-8 mins and slowly build it up to 15-20 min.
At what time we have to do
You can do anytime. Dont do it immediately after having food. You can do 2hrs after food.
