This is very good to the extent that it is just “ GOOD EXERCISE” and in addition to stretching muscles and moving muscles and joints just like any other stretching exercise AND NOTHING MORE ,.DIABETES an endocrine dysfunction due to shortage of INSULIN in the body which let the sugar level in ththe blood to tprise and causing disruption to almost all body systems, and is very complex .
It's been 75 days practicing my sugar level is 99 and 125 with medication which was 10.8 HbA1C, now doctor stopped night tablet and now I'm having only morning tablet. Thank you @@bharathaYoga

I wilp try this starting tomorrow, i did workout but my blood sugar is still high 😂😂 hope after i try this, will lower my blood sugar, its rly stressing
