To protect and serve. I think that's what the badge says. That his first courses of action was to hand cuff "the suspect" rather then question or investigate. First a simple question would be a good start. If that's your car what's the number plate........ Second what are you doing here. Answer flight number PQ6-23 from New York that arriving at 2:30 my son is on board. Both simple question that are hard but not impossible to fake. But aslo considing he dose not seem to be running away or threating violence why would handcuffs be required. I mean then there's ccvt of him in the vehicle entering the car park or getting out of his car...... Take some time to get but....... Sorry long rambling about a tv show.

I have no experience with Ford or any American car for that matter. But my Honda and Toyota (and my friend's BMW) do NOT lock even if you tried if the keys are still inside. They make a beeping alarm to let you know you forgot your keys. Sooo, I really don't see how this even happens.
