Brooklands French Day 2023

The world famous Brooklands race circuit may well have been put out of service as a race track a long time ago but lives on as a museum paying homage to its rich history as both the worlds first paved banked racing circuit and former Vickers aircraft facility.
Brooklands host many car clubs and events and 2023 saw their first dedicated French day with cars on display from not only the big three current French car manufacturers, but also smaller manufacturers who have long since ended car production such as Matra and Delage who not only built a range of sports touring cars, Delage also had success with their Grand Prix cars which were victorious at Brooklands in the 1920's.
