So we focus on Bruce Wayne, where he tried to help Gotham to stop the flood for the last film. Where Bruce enter Wayne's Industries to be socialize with other people. And we might introduce Robin on the 2nd film. The 3 film is gonna be about Court of Owl where Batman can solve the mystery why Gotham is protected by the court, where Batman can figure the organization for the owl. It shows how Batman become a world greatest Detective and become a better Batman. The 4th film where the Joker take control the Asylum to create a lot chaos in Arkham, where The Batman journey to discover the historical details of Arkham Asylum after attending the riot in the building. Where all Batman viilains are attended to Asylum (Where that bring horror vibe for the 4th film). So here my ideas for Matt Reeves The Batman trilogy

It's really nice to see a Batman movie where him and Joker just talk, there's no fighting, no schemes, or plots...just mind games.
Personally, I want Zsaz to be the next villain. I really think he would fit perfectly in Reeves' Batman. The guy has so much potential to rival even Joker in popularity, they just need to do it right, and not pull punches. I wouldn't even mind Calendar Man. The nuance behind the joker and his two short scenes was brilliant actually. And so subtle I understand why it went over a lot of heads. Im rather excited for it. Joaquin was an impressive acting performance, but for me, he was not the joker. He played a guy who's the opposite of a mastermind, but rather hopelessly caught up in the currents of society and life; a victim. But matt's joker, to see him in horribly constant physical pain, and yet, doesn't show an ounce of any hurt, but instead laughs and jokes and is actually a mockery of virtue/goodness and the noble life. The friendly way he talks about anniversaries and gestures of loves, how he teases and trolls. A lot closer to mark hamills joker from the animated series(my favorite interpretation), and i love it. This joker knows the true depth of suffering and has acquired wisdom and knowledge from it; and uses to to shed light on the psyches of others and to pull on their strings to paint the world with his dark enlightenment, his gnosis. I cant wait and hope to see more

Sure, the fanservice is great as a Joker fan, but it would be more amazing if that story actually focuses that he is the main antagonist rather than taking the spotlight away from the other batman villains in a movie that they are supposedly the main antagonist of. Just let the other villains take the center stage cause I know that the fans of other villains have been waiting for these characters to be played in the big screen (properly) as the main antagonist. If they really want Joker to be in that world, maybe just throw a line that references him, have an easter egg about him or do it like how the long halloween did where he's just a nuissance or a simple obstacle , cause he's not doing a big thing or actively fighting batman everytime. Sometimes he is just chilling in Arkham or nowhere to be found in Gotham so it's definitely fine if the movie doesn't have a Joker. Also, if they really want to include him, it better have a good reason cause ngl, it kind a sucks that he's put in there just because he is popular. Example, Suicide Squad. That one is a mess. (I did unironically enjoy it but still like why). If they're gonna use that popularity then they better use it right for the story. I love the character, but I love a good story so much more. I say all of this as a fan of the Joker and as someone who also wants the wishes of the fans of the other batman villains to be fulfilled.

the main reason they didn't add it into the actual movie was because WB was debating whether Joker and The Batman would share the same universe or not. Specially because Joker was a massive success.
Once the time came to release it for streaming or dvd (people outside the USA and Europe do still buy physical copies) they had reached the conclusion that universes were separate.
Also the fact Robert Pattinson was a pain to work with, Matt Reaves has even stated that he is not keen on working with him again. So basically The Batman is currently on limbo.
Meaning WB's plan for a Dark Universe had to be re-written. Now its Joker's Universe the one that will most likely set up the Dark Universe. With Harley Quinn and even Two-Face (or Harvey Dent at least) confirmed.
All that's missing will be the New Batman.

My favorite villains are Mr.Freeze and Riddler. MrFreeze is such a tragic yet haunting character full of rich story and deep characterization, then you realize he’s not a villain he’s just a broken man, but what I like is you wouldn’t expect this type of deep characterization from a talking fridge and Riddler even before the movie I’ve always thought he had massive potential, the animated Batman show from 04’ made me realize this. Riddler can Batman’s greatest foe and if done right can be an even more menacing villain than Joker, but most writers just make him the butt of the joke or an annoyance.
I also like the idea of joker being like Lecter and Starling. Where Batman visits the Joker to kinda get in the mind of psycho and gather info from him. I love Joker as much as the next guy, but Batman has some of the best deepest and most interesting villains in all fiction. Batman has so many other villains Scarecrow, Mad Hatter, Calendar man, Professor Pyg, Dollmaker, Zsasz, and those are like worst kind of Psycho. Then you have the monsters, killer Croc, Clayface, Man-bat, then mobsters Two-face, Falcone, Maroni, black mask, Penguin. then you got the evil scientists type Dr.Stranger, The Thinker, Mr.Freeze, then after the mercs/assassins death stoke, Rhas and Talia, Bane, shiva, Dead Shot, Bronze tiger. So many fucking villains and they’re all good. Like Joker is not the only Lilian Batman has and I feel like writers feel they need to include Joker somewhere but many of his villains can carry their own and if done well enough Batman doesn’t need a villain to have a great story.

Personally, I liked Joker’s small but present involvement in the story. When I saw the whole movie I left the theater excited. I think that the whole Batman and Joker situation is key to Gotham’s story as a whole, doesn’t matter who creates a new movie or any other source of entertainment related to Batman. I specially liked this one because it says too much by doing less. This Joker is just there, he was captured by Batman, sure but after 1 year of their last encounter Joker is finally gathering tools to help him on his scheme (whatever that may be).
He is a snake, waiting in his cave (Arkham) to have his most ideal time to strike. And now that The Batman 2 is in development my expectation is that maybe he is still not going to be relevant to the story but maybe he’ll have his plan in motion for maybe the third film but only Reeves knows what to do and I have faith that he’ll do a great job

One thing I’m really hoping for in terms of this version of the character and the relationship this Joker has with Batman is that Batman is actually scared of him. One of my all time favourite dialogues involving Batman and Joker is how in Arkham Origins in the Gotham Royal Hotel Alfred asks Bruce if he’s ok and Bruce says that he’s dealt with psychopaths and monsters before but Joker is different and he seems genuinely uneasy with him and what his capable of. This is just me but I feel like with other interpretations of the Batman/Joker relationship (whether it be Keaton/Nicholson, Bale/Ledger, Affleck/Leto, even Conroy/Hamill) that Batman has either overwhelming anger for Joker, or he treats Joker like an inconvenience. I’d love for maybe this relationship to be how Joker has Batman’s full and undivided attention purely because of how afraid of Batman is of Joker and what he’s capable of.

The first part stays the same but before the Joker says Riddlers motives we see the scenes from the original movie were we saw his motives with Joker narrorating over it saying Riddlers motives. After that we go back to Joker and Batman going back to that scene after Joker is done with Riddler and starts talking about Batman. Then we can cut out the scenes from the original movie with his motives bc we just saw them. It gives Joker a part to play in the grand sheme of things while also making the movie a little shorter. By showing scenes earlier.

I found it to be refreshing ‘cos it means Joker is still potentially the most significant villain in Gotham but neither because he’s the first villain that the franchise or even the Batman himself cuts his teeth on, nor are we really ‘building up’ to Joker as a ‘final boss’-styled showdown. He’s just an omnipresent threat throughout, which is exactly what he should be.

IMO, there's no reason that a scene that ends up on the cutting room floor can't also be canon. In other words, if a scene is cut for the betterment of the film (improve pacing, story, etc.), then there is little reason that that particular scene, once acknowledged & scrutinized, cannot be internalized by viewers into the story/universe (via commentary, director's cut, fan content such as this, etc., - the avenues by which the theatrically unseen & unspoken become accepted).
