    For me it was 1 & 3 (poor ankle mobility and weak glute med on left side). After 2 months of doing exercises from Your channel - squatting is so much straight and comfortable. ❤

    I reckon leg length difference is up there for one of the main reasons. No one is perfectly symmetrical in their skeletal system. We often see people shift to the shorter leg. Simple EOS scan ( low radiation and bulked billed ) can confirm this. No much we can correct as Physio's unless difference is greater than 2 cm. In clinic we encourage mirror feedback when doing squat but most importantly encourage uni-lateral leg exercises *!
