    Hey Tim! In a previous video you mention doing exactly that - squatting down until right before the pain, and then doing a “deadlift” to get more knee flexion without pain. Which do you think is best for knee pain, adding the “deadlift” portion or not?

      not a massive fan for people with back issues. Thats just me though
