    Might I ask: you seem to really like the 45° fittings, whats wrong with sweep-tees?

      Great question! The sweep tees are acceptable but I prefer the 45 wyes because they are a more versatile fitting and also provide a more gentle entry angle for the branch line. On commercial jobs and retractable installs, I would recommend using 45 wyes exclusively. For residential traditional system installs we often use the sweep tees with no problems.

      @Centvac Good info! Thank you very much! I installed a traditional system back in October in my house but I'm thinking a few years down the line of switching to Hide-A-Hose and an MD Silentmaster, so this is very good knowledge to have handy.
