I also found out that newer little semi that has a three point on the front of it if you put the hay bed on the back you can put to global bags on it then a three-point lift on the back with a forage pick up and it'll run around and auto load itself
For the new guy , he can also use mods to make chaff Using the lizard forage pick up , u can do from the straw that you produce or steeling from contracts Using the silo , use of leftovers And using the silo, fermenting silo pack

Corn is my go to for chaff anymore. I use sunflowers sometimes but only if i buy a field and it's already there lol otherwise i don't mess with sunflowers at all 🤷🏼 used canola once and not a very good yield lol
@LooneyFarmGuy any thoughts on a total forage how to from realistic to silo that has the final product ready to use? We have a modded bailing thing that works with a forage harvester that 💩's out bailes or stationary to put loose fill ti make bailes not the dlc. Sorry that was vague I'm not on mod hub at the moment. I can see you expanding this video to a full length feature just mowing down everything to do with grass hay straw crops and bailes or fermentation. Let's play turn a crop in to feed 9 different ways. Lol I don't know how many ways just sounded good lol. If your stuck in the basement with nothing to do I have video ideas lol.
I have a question for the mod lizard ( large outdoor chicken ) what can I use , for extension on the food , just have 1000L , I use the global goods transport pallet , but I have to move it a few times at the day ( month ) to refill , u have something on that ?

Yes Corn is the best for this , As for the others it is best to harvest them as crops 😎

You can sell it , or turn it into silage with either a production mod or by putting it a silage bunker

Silage can not be fed directly to animals . you then use silage to make TMR or sell it to a Bio Gas plant .@@maria-dt5ux
