I quit 1 year ago and today marks a year actually. I quit cold turkey right when Covid 19 started I got scared shitless as they said if my lungs weren’t healthy id die if I got Covid well that was false and here I am. Now I’m glad I still didn’t continue to vape, it puts a lot of money and holes in my pocket.
I found my self constantly hitting it where ever I was and it became so depended that I’m glad Covid made me quit a year ago. Cold turkey wasn’t the best but is the only way in my opinion. “1more hit” never works.

Hey brotha followed you for a few years now, glad to see you're on the right track ! Muscle growth tip : very cliche but track your food (calories/macros) for maybe 3 months very strictly, afterwards you'll sorta have an automatic tracker in your head (kinda naturally tracking macros) and make sure you get your 5-10g of creatine monohydrate daily and that you ingest (eat or drink) about 1.5-2g of protein per kg of bodyweight you got right now. Should be a very good starter for ya, much love and keep it up my g❤️ try to cut out sugars as much as possible (sugar deprivation = you purge your fat storages for energy instead of sugars)
Nikan in regards to muscle growth lots of low fat proteins, lots of water, ur a big guy so carbs are necessary, but must be limited. Milk,water ditch the sugars. This diet and heavy weights & low reps will get u massive

If you are reading this get rid of that shit you really dont need the flavored air.

I had a similar addiction with smoking weed. I’ve been smoking since I was 14 and I’m now 22. I just hit 2 months sober cold turkey and I feel so amazing. I was able to run 2 miles for the first time since high school and have been going to the gym 5 days a week.

The very basics in as few words: 1g/protein per pound of lean body mass per day, as a beginner aim for 6-9 sets per muscle group a week, learn what muscle failure feels like and get your sets close to (or at) failure for 8-12 reps per exercise, and progressive overload (work to add an extra rep for couple pounds to your exercises often to progress). If you want a supplement, creatine is all you need - nothing else is clinically proven.

Tips for muscle growth Supplements: (These are not a must but it definitely helps) Creatine monohydrate. Creatine helps draw in water to the muscles as well as provide additional ATP which will allow you to train for longer and more efficiently as it will improve your power output and lean mass. Whey protein preferably one with 20-25 g or protein per scoop. Make sure you getting your whole meals in as protein powder should just be used as a tool to conveniently hit your daily protein intake. When working out make sure every workout is intense and you want to always train to the point where another rep is impossible. Cardio should always be left until after your wait training or else it may limit your efficiency while lifting as you may feel more fatigued. Stick to whole basic meals and make sure your get all 3 nutrients from proteins fats and carbs. Don’t misunderstand fats for being bad, there are good fats and bad fats, some sources of good fats are, salmon, avocado, nuts 🤨, eggs, some oils, etc. Some good sources of carbs include, rice, potato, sweet potato, pasta, oats, berries. Some good sources of protein include, meat, turkey, chicken, bison, eggs, fish, lentils. Steroids also helps if you’re up for it. (not advisable) lol

When working out make sure every workout is intense and you want to always train to the point where another rep is impossible.
Cardio should always be left until after your wait training or else it may limit your efficiency while lifting as you may feel more fatigued.
Stick to whole basic meals and make sure your get all 3 nutrients from proteins fats and carbs.
Don’t misunderstand fats for being bad, there are good fats and bad fats, some sources of good fats are, salmon, avocado, nuts 🤨, eggs, some oils, etc.
Some good sources of carbs include, rice, potato, sweet potato, pasta, oats, berries.
Some good sources of protein include, meat, turkey, chicken, bison, eggs, fish, lentils.
Steroids also helps if you’re up for it. (not advisable) lol
