Amtrak’s #3, The Southwest Chief, stops in Lamar, Colorado, two hours behind schedule. The train is led by AMTK #167 in the new Phase VII paint scheme, while an FRA passenger car trails behind the locomotives in an attractive Pennsylvania Railroad inspired livery.
