I honestly believe that Blackwhip is one the more versatile quirks in the show Its been used for direct offense and could be adapted for possibly many different combat situations Being able to use it from any part of your body could allow you to even wrap yourself in it as armor or just one part if you want to for simple defense The mobility that it gives the user is next level honestly, easily top tier And the fact it can restrain and carry so much already, i mean Deku carried buses, cars and people at once with it. The Most I could assume is that It's Like a Silo and The Users are the Farmers gathering up Grain one by one and Filling up the Silo all the Way to the Top.

Blackwhip seems to be the most useable and flexible power of the OFA quirks. The shear number of options is impressive. Which makes it great for some of the fights I've written. Though i don't give Izuku OFA too often now that i think about it. Also the word is centrifugal not centripetal. And I've used more of a slingshot variation of that attack you mentioned. I called it Alaska Smash. When i wrote that it was Izuku's strongest attack. He wrapped a foe in Blackwhips, pushed himself backwards, and the shot himself at his enemy's face at full strength with a punch. On an aside, i think Aizawa's scarf is being controlled by his quirk. At least partially. This is just speculation, but i think his power is a telepathy and minor telekinetic one. He projects his mind along his line of sight and interrupts the nerves connected to a transform or emitter's quirk. Only working as long as his eyes are open.
What he could do with his this quirk is toy with the stickiness of it and only make small bits on his fingertips and maybe feet and stick to walls and stuff, I think that would be a cool way to use this quirk
i disagree that it really relies on your strength,i think it helps,but black whip has strength of its own,we see this when its introduced as its destroying walls and things in the traing area just by qhipping them,also when deku lifts those cars,he had no leverage since he was in the air,which leads me to believe that was mostly blackwhip itself.
If you grabbed someone’s arm and used a lot of force you could snap an or even rip it off and smack them with they’re arm or choke the or squish there bones

Because all for one has Quirk that allows him to live longer and it’s not immortality right?? So he will fail either way !! What a fool
Considering that the quirk All for One has the ability to take quirks in the first place, I feel AFO won’t be under the same limitation, he potentially already has hundreds, if not thousands, of quirks within him, I doubt One for All would put a dent into AFO’s quirk factor

The All for One quirk is the ability to wield multiple quirks of others, and give quirks at will, that's my take on it.
