I'm still in the ball park that Deku has super regeneration and it was stolen by the doctor. The only reason why I think this is because quirks give people interest personalities (Toga and her need to be other people and Bakugo and his explosive personality). Deku's lack of self preservation mightve been from his body's knowledge of "no matter whY might happen to me, I van regenerate from the wounds" but that's just me.
the doctor can't take quirks, only replicate them. For Deku to have lost his quirk all for one would have had to have been directly involved; and i don't see how that could have been a subtle event.

And What if USA made something like this Corpses of Soilders now revived into Nomu's to fight again without relying on Human Soilders anymore.

What if kurugiris other quirk that transformed the cloud quirk into portals was deku's original quirk? Like his mom's quirk was to like magically move small objects, what if deku originally could teleport them?
Also 6 days in the future update to this before anyone asks, I say this because in the anime at least, it is stated while present mic and aizawa were sent to visit kurugiri that there were multiple factors into creating the quirk he has, they didn't specify just 2 quirks. And given that he's the oldest nomu that definitely existed before izuku was born, that doesn't NECESSARILY mean that they had the quirk they needed to transform his quirk before deku was born, in other words he might have just been a normal looking nomu with a cloud quirk until deku was discovered. I might have missed something in which case someone is free to correct me on it
I used to think he was exaggerating about the taste of japanese treats but I've been in Japan for the end of year holidays and man, the food here is so on point, and the candy as well. A local explained to me that food is really important here and the reason the standard is so high is that if there's a restaurant that's not up to par they'll just close down due to lack of clients

Todoroki have 2 quirks… so it’s not just limited to all for one and one for for all, todoroki is not dying from being born with multiple quirk or did i miss something
Todoroki doesn't have two quirks it seems like he dose but it is just his quirk is half hot half cold not he has a fire and an ice quirk if he had two quirks like he got both his father and his mothers quirk it would be that he can uses either element from both sides of his body (last part os just a guess based on what all for one and others have been able to do)
