Current generation Camaro (SS/2SS) please! Amazing car and prices have gone way up over the past year. I sold mine just as the pandemic was beginning for a few thousand more than what I paid the year before, thinking I was so smart, lol. Prices have since surged 15-20%+ :-(.
BMW 8 Series (M840d, M850i, M8) pleaseee Every V8 motored german vehicle (C63, E63, S63, RS7, RS6, RSQ8, X6M, M5, M8, etc..) could be interesting because there will be no V8 in the future. Mercedes for example already confirmed that the next c63 will he a V4 Hybrid.
Can you do older Toyota's from the 90's& early 2000's particularly Camry's, Corolla's & Tacoma's. Seeing some very astonishing price increases on these that appears to almost be a 100% increase.
Love your data driven content! It’s refreshing instead of all the subjective and speculative content out there! I love my C7 Z06! Bought it new for a bargain when the C8 was a UTUbe rumor and hype was building quickly. Thanks UTube!
I paid way too much for mine, but I wanted one and was impatient. 2019 Z06 2LZ, Stage 2 aero, 7-spd with 8k for $80k. And I don't regret it one bit after driving it!
I have a 2019 GS. I love it! I bought it even while the C8's were starting to come out. I'm on a list for a C8 Z06. My problem is, I don't want to sell the GS. Car has been great. I can't afford to keep both. I'm actually almost hoping the dealership tells me they are going to charge a markup. That will be enough for me to walk. If they don't markup, I will end up with two Corvettes!
Invest in some forged wheels if you have the stock rims. Stock wheels can’t handle the power and bend and crack very easily. 4 cracks in under 5k miles.. I’m actually selling my C7 Z06 because market is high and the class action lawsuit about the wheels is frustrating. It’s soured me on GM…
@@brianpara1407 Yep! I bought a set of Forgeline VX1 within 1000 miles. I was already aware of the wheel issue. It soured me on GM also, because everyone knows these wheels should not be cracking! I can't see why people would purchase the Carbon fiber wheels coming out on the Z06. Fair chance they'll have some issues and an excellent chance GM won't back them!
Might be a good idea for a video. There are, however, many factors which influence leasing and finance rates which can make it difficult to compare them.
Love your videos! I wouldn't buy a C7 just yet though. Definitely an amazing car -- one of my favorites to drive. But I think prices have come up too much over the past year and when the chip shortage and other supply chain issues settle down, and C8 supplies go up, I'd anticipate C7 prices will get hit. I'm seeing used C7s selling for not far from C8 MSRPs. If you need to buy now, they're better value than C8s, which aren't currently selling anywhere near MSRP. But if you can wait, I think prices will be much better in 12-18 months as C8 production is ramped up and prices come down. A ton of people (including me ;-) ) are on waiting lists to receive C8s at MSRP over the coming year. That won't be good for temporarily inflated C7 prices.
Doesn't take a genius to figure all that out, Nick. I got a hell of a deal on my almost new 60th Anniversary 427 convertible back last fall and the price on it has gone up almost $20K since I bought it. Crazy money.
The problem is the c8 doesn’t have the RAW POWER the c7z06 has doesn’t have the storage space AND it’s not a c8 z06. C7z06 low 60’s c8’s anywhere between high 70-100k to me give me the 650hp/650 torque MANUAL front engine for far less money than a BASE c8 that is overprice AND not a z06
@@smithma4275 Great point. I haven't considered the C7Z06. The base engine was more than enough power for me when I tried it, though I'm sure if I drove a Z06 I'd probably change my mind, lol. I am currently on my second 2SS Camaro and am really enjoying it. Maybe a ZL1 or C7Z06 next 🙂.
@@Nick_Henri I think if the c8 was the 65k that it is to build your own online then sure I get the gist of your point THE PROBLEM IS=The mark up on them are still absurd…..
wont start at 90k, it will be around 80k then goes up from there. I have a 17 ZO6 M7 sterling blue and it started at 75k. topped out at 92k after options.
I don't know where you get your numbers they have been selling all summer from almost as much as they cost new the price always the price goes down going into winter people buy them in the summer and they get rid of them in the winter because they don't want to pay to store them or don't have a place to store them
You are not factoring in the price of used cars in relation to government spending. It has a dramatic effect on the Corvette market. When the dollar is reduced in circulation, the prices drop like a rock. The C8 might be different, but the C7 market is way overpriced. The C6 market crashed mid way through the C7. I wouldnt call the prices good deals at all.
I'd be interested in a video like this for the C6 cars particularly the Z06 and it's special editions. I've been outbid and beat to the punch while shopping for a 427 2013 60th anniversary edition.
No. Had 2 of them. Always in the shop FOR EVERYTHING! AND VERY EXPENSIVE MAINTENENCE! my C7 is a 4.9 out of 5 on reliable and has never seen the shop. And if it did...its chevy price fix! Not 15 grand just to walk through the ferrari/Maserati dealer!
@ZzGiaHuyzZ Vainglory I think corvettes look very nice especially the vintage ones.. though i think that the interiors in the new cars is really ugly..... I would not think of corvette owners thinking of having a plebean ferrari... corvettes no matter how nice are really far from Ferrari even aesthetics wise... Next time You have a chance to see a ferrari, if it is a metallic paint check the paint closely , check the size of those metallic flakes and the quality of the spray..and we have not even touched yet a single hardware piece of the car not even the body.

Cadillac V series cars-- CTS-V, ATS-V in particular. Thanks! Just discovered your channel and it's great!!
Would like to see a refresh on this now. Thanks
I got my C7 GS for nearly 1/2 the price of a new C8 (with the crazy markups here in the US.) Couldn't be happier with my decision.

It is in the states too
#Request : What about the JDM’s cars? Let’s say the GT-Rs for example, are they reached the top of their value?
Thanks for the request. JDM cars are indeed underrepresented on the channel. Maybe it's time to change that :)
