The audio engineers at Audiotree are fucking miracle workers. If you can make a giant garage sound good, you can make anything sound good.
this is live? fuck off! wow.
bbqribz Seriously, this is INCREDIBLE. Amazing job, whoever the engineers are!
bbqribz Better than any studio, this is album worthy.
It really seems like engineers must be the main audience... for good reason!
They sound absolutely perfect live anyway!
Are we not gonna address the irony of Basement performing in a Garage?
Lucas Naylor guess u could say they’re moving up in the world
Soon they will be a full house.
Wish it was an Attic they did.
i want basement in my room
GET CITIZEN AND TURNOVER TO DO A FAR OUT SESSION
LOVE the Metallica intro
LOVE this band
LOVE this song
LOVE THIS "Far Out" SERIES!
What metallica song is that?
gustavo alves For Whom The Bell Tolls
Thanks bro!
And I love your cover!
So this is where you got the song for the SPB3 demo ;)
His singing is soooo on point. With all those shouts in between, it's srsly challenging to keep a persistent pitch without cracking.
Holy shit this sounds good. You guys are wizards. Absolutely loving the Far Out series.
This is one of the best series on youtube hands down, I love the Far Out series way to fucking much. Awesome work guys keep it coming :)
Reminds me of a mix of Jawbreaker and Nirvana
Bass cuts through with that killer tic-tac tone from a pick
Top notch work. Even saw the lead guitarist use an E-Bow. Really rad
Defintely their most Nirvana sounding song
wow that drum mix
Can't believe I'm watching this performance today for the first time. This is a blast ! I've been listening to this band for almost 4 years now. They're like a part of me since, so happy i found this version
this could pass as the official music video so sick
ah yes the 3rd music video. first one the abandoned high school shoot, 2nd the public rock show, 3rd the car shop but rock
Superior Beast lmaoo
The moment the E-Bow comes into play is magical.
Man, that drum kit sounds amazing. Especially that snare.
One of my all time favorite bands. You guys are my shittttt... I was a 90's kid and your music gives hardcore nostalgia. I love Basement. Come to Florida, USA!!!!!! \,,,/,
Holy shit, the production.. just blown away this sounds so good live!
Andrew looked as if he was seeing something in the distance that concerned him lmao but holy shit was he and the band spot on, as usual.
that growl at the end holy SHIT
this sounds incredible.
This is great! Hope I get to see them again soon
I can't stop coming back to this version.
Great sound, awesome song.
Just discovered this series and this song and i cant stop watching this over and over again
I saw them as an opener for TFB last year and I instantly liked them. They are SO GOOD live
I'd give my left bollock to know how they get such a sick drum sound in all audiotree recordings
Great voice. Not too high pitched or low just good rock scratch
Such pleasing and decent sound recorded!
Man I love this video.
I come here every week.
this band is so underrated
This is the greatest video in music history. This is above all my favorite music videos, this is above Queen Live Aid, this is peak performance
I love this video!
I come back every few years to watch.
I‘ve watched this so many times and I only now noticed Ben Russin from Title Fight in the beginning
Thats just one of these songs who should never end!
Bout to see them in may!!!!!!!!!!❤️
Dude this guys voice is great...
I love Basement. I love Audiotree. This was made for me.
Just seeing this. So good!
chills. this is beyond perfect
This Garage setting for band ruled guys! Loved that 90's Golf hanged up there
Beautiful
Sounds absolutely huge!
Hey @Audiotreetv: How about a making of video on how you record and mix these sessions?
Gummmibaer yes, we will be making a bunch of videos showing everything that happens from start to finish. We plan on starting very soon on these videos explaining the audio side of things.
Great news! Really looking forward to this.
Gummmibaer I reallh wanna watch that, the audio work is spectacular, it's album worthy.
That would be wicked. I know that Tiny Desk did something like that and I have been waiting for something from you guys! Gotta love audiotree :D
I hate to be 'that person' but i like this way more the original
...And then is two of us!
I have to agree. I love both versions but this I can watch over and over. These guys are amazing!
same
i love every single version of this song but i love this one probably the most. 💖 so raw
Hannah Chamblee which is the original ?
Stumbled on these guys tofay on Spotify. Man I wish I had this in my life the last 10 years.
Everything about this kicks fuckinf ass dudes, the background here, obviously the spot on perfect performance, and the sound is great. I love it, keep doing what you guys are doing. Badass.
May sound like your typical boomer but to me this is rock music being saved
So fresh yet emotional.
Millennial here, and I couldn’t agree more! These guys are fantastic!
This Far Out series is good stuff, guys. I don't know how common it can be--seems like a lot of planning compared to the studio sessions--but I'm diggin it.
Perfect performance
Saw these guys at the Joiners in Southampton and they are incredible live!
anyone know the name of the device that the guitarist uses to make that constant note in the bridge?
Harambe Diedforoursins it's called an EBow.
Yooo, same! The Higher Power show?
wow vocals killing it
eu preciso ve esses cara em julho no brasil meu deussss
btw versao melhor que a do disco disparado!!!!!
Tem algum som deles ? pra me enviar no whatsapp
Damn the vocals are so crisp
the sound seems like the record! super duper legit
great voice
This rules so much!
omg wth is this? this is so badass! I've never heard of these Far Out sessions
I wish I was the recording and mixing engineer for this. Such a unique place to record. The ambience in that garage helped make this recording sound big. I wish I could get ahold of the multi tracks and listen.
wow, this looks like an actual music video
Sounds really good. Saw the Title Fight drummer in the beginning with the bass.
I love u Audiotree
Love that Gibson Les Paul....
They always sound great. I think this sounds better than the actual album version mix wise.
this band is dope
NICE GUYS!!!! ♥
The vocal is kicking some serious ass.
Good stuff!!
So good
Just found out about this band and I must have watched this video at least 5 times already in just a few days. It's a great performance but also the audio quality is shockingly clear for a band that make this kind of sound. Usually the guitars and vocals get lost in the mix.
Hey that’s Ben from Title Fight in the green sweater
Dude no way
no, man. clearly it's jammie
Its Ben
I don't see a green sweater.
@@owenbundles57O also, the shirt isn't tucked. I guess it's really not Jammie. Must be Shane, I'm pretty sure
The production itself is so good that it'd be a crime if i didn't hit "like"
Just stopping for my daily play!
Masterpiece!
That fuzz tone :) !!
this is the best they have ever sounded PERIOD
First time hearing this band, i'm pretty fucking impressed haha
That Tama kit woah!! 🔥🔥🔥
Awesome
Sick, guys.

Win me with a smile
Burn me with your eyes
Living just to please
Turn and make me leave
When I'm high, I'm high
When I'm low, I'm low
Hot or cold, it's going to show
Promise everything
Until tomorrow comes again
I won't ask for love
I know it's there just covered up
When I'm high, I'm high
When I'm low, I'm low
Hot or cold, it's going to show, to show
Feeling like a child
Tremble in the night
I love you but you try
To kill me every time
When I'm high, I'm high
When I'm low, I'm low
When I'm high, I'm high
When I'm low, I'm low
When I'm high, I'm high
When I'm low, I'm low
i hope see you soon in Colombia.
this made my day...
omg amazing
0:21 Ben, wtf are you doing there? Is it a sign of a Title Fight session in the near future?
Felipe nah he's just their tour manager
awesome, first time ive heard these dudes...kind of sounds like husker du and quicksand/rival schools
Christopher Holdorf I get a bit of quicksand too.
I'm not the biggest fan of this band, but I'm astonished by the technical ability of the singer, the consistency and tightness of the band, and most impressively, the talent of Audiotree engineers and technicians, unlike anything or any live recording I've ever heard in my entire life, including live
TWU
Lembra muito nirvana 👏👏👏
digging that walnut les paul so much
Wowo this is incredible, muy weno la kagó
Basement is my favorite metal band bar none.
Am I the only one here finding great music from like 4-6 years ago? Wtf. Where have I been? Lol
This is so fucking good
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
It's just sad that their album doesn't have more songs like this one.
this is fucking awesome
Man the intro is so fking rad
Fucking love this song
GOD. DAMN. This song filled a part of my soul that was missing-or something like that. Are you guys auditioning? ;P
fucking amazing!!!
Sad to this band not making rock music anymore they were killer
was that ben russin from title fight playing bass in the intro?
Saw them in San Antonio when they played after Turnover. Man Turnover never stood a chance in a 1500 cap room with soid state amps vs these hiwats and gibsons. Basement has the tone.
