@upper echelon gamers what do u think about changing 100% health regen to health on crit, on alphabridge. This would allow people to create high crit builds with 4 talents, and still have sustain. If done correctly would out class striker in face trading. Also I think the six piece should add 50% crit chance back when hipfiring
I like this build. I run mine w/ 8k stamina and 5k FA and two houses. I feel like the best way to use nomad is not need it. I feel like it's a set tht gives u time watch how other builds play.

the GE is *by* far the most efficient way to get *specific* classy gear sets; but classy items can drop from UG, Resistance, LZ and DZ bosses, supply drops in the DZ etc...
I've been a fan of your build videos for a while now and missed them when you went on your sabbatical from The Division. I'm not sure if things are different on the XBOX servers but your builds are pretty much ineffective now due to the amount of players using XIM4's. Keyboard and mouse has totally killed the PS4 version. I always thought it was just down to skill regardless of whether you are using controller or K&M. This isn't the case though; I used to enjoy the dark zone but now it's just infested with XIM4 users and you can tell exactly who is using it due to their turn speed and how quickly they can head shot melt you in an exchange. I even went to the trouble of packing my PS4 up and taking it with me on a long commute to a friend's house who has an XBOX and XIM4. Well.....IMO the difference is huge. I'm used to using K&M from my PC games and it took me very little time to adjust to using the XIM4. In no time I was able to immediately head shot the shit out of anyone I encountered. There's no delay adjusting your sites up to target the head of your opponent so you gain a huge advantage. If Massive are going to try to do something about the Cronus Max (as they said they will) then they should also do it about the XIM4 and other K&M devices because it's just as bad for ruining the game.
sorry to hear that. I encounter them sometimes myself but figured id still try to produce helpful content. The division has a long list of problems I guess controller vs. K&M is the latest if the popularity is increasing.
Hey man, my solution to the problem is that I'm just going to buy The Division for PC and start from scratch again. Really appreciate the time you put into your channel and UE gamers and for the reply. Not everyone is as responsive and you'll always have my sub. I'm probably in a different bracket than most players since I'm approaching 50 but have been a life long gamer. If things go well in a couple of ventures I'm involved in I may look you up sometime with the view to investing in UE.
The nomad don't work like it did in pts and was supposed to scale with stanima the more you had the likely for it to proc but now you can run complete glass cannon and still get 3 proc in pts a glass cannon build would only get you 1 proc I think nomad should only be able to proc twice that way they still can be tanky but the have to use their lives wisely plus they still have their super. these 3 and even 4 proc is for the birds man if you can't do nothing with a extra two lives constant over heal and all that resilience then there's no hope for you

you are both WRONG. whether its a bug or a glitch.... what is listed on pred is INCORRECT. the bleed resistence does not lower the amount of damage each tick of bleed does but it reduces the number of ticks the bleed has in total. This has been EXTENSIVELY proven. stop spreading false information and listening to a game that is more glitch than functional
If you have deadly and say 100% CHD and 30% CHC on your AR, then deadly adds...wait for it...2.4% extra damage. Competent is a flat 10% for 15 secs, and you maybe proc it once per minute due to the long cooldown on low SP builds. That's equivalent to 2.5% average extra damage, so they are in reality pretty much the same.
This is precisely how I have my fav LW M4 setup (Vic, Deadly and Unforgiving spec'd into crit of course), and it murders everything. A team of 8 rogues tried to walk me and I got 4 before I went down. Only had one nomad proc, but they weren't expecting a tac link!

nope... not even close. Sticky has a modifier where it only deals like 1.5th damage to players. And pair that with my increased mitigation its like a spitball. Sticky cant even one shot a 3k stam player with 0EDR and 0 All damage resilience let alone a nomad with buffs and 5 or 6k stam
Chris Leonard no, u those numbers don't take into account/EDR thts naturally given to a player thru pvp modifiers. if I wanna kill someone w/ a sticky u gotta wait until they're armor is gone or they're near an add so u get the explosion damage talents to proc.

For me i rarely get more then once so i don't play it. I don't realy know what is the deal with procing that often.

wow that's some amount of grinding! I think I hit 61 boxes opened last GE, my only GE, and got 1.5 sets (ie 1 full set and 5 pieces)
