I am kind of new to my obsession with Mariah Carey. Always loved her but I’ve only recently gotten to the point of exploring each era. I wonder why no one ever focuses on the Music Box era? Isn’t it arguably one of her strongest?
Music Box is not that ignored as you may think, but it doesn't have the recognition it should have. It's her best era, with a perfect balance, being on pitch and consistency. However, I feel like it is not considered that much because it doesn't have that "special" signature like the other eras do (for instance, Daydream's Upper Belts, Butterfly's tone ecc.)

And every day I become more obsessed with the legend! LOL. I got to the point of saving photos of her, videos, putting them on my profile and other paranoia 😂 It's a path of no return!

E5 2: butterfly is a bit sharp, #1’s is more centered Eb5 2: #1’s is Eb5-D5-Eb5. The first Eb5 is slightly flat but definitely closer to Eb5. The second Eb5 is very slightly sharp (you can check) but it doesn’t interfere with listening. Globally, sharp notes are more pleasant than flat ones

Butterfly era her belts are so powerful she pulls the mic far away and they sound just as loud, especially in my all.
