red: destroys all of blues weapons
also red: forgets to protect the core
every attempt to protect the core was foiled due to blue's early game offensive causing most of red's defenses to be hollow shells at best
red only managed to start getting some protection on the core once a ton of those shell defenses were destroyed giving an easy shot to the core

I'm really liking this style where both sides have access to the same things but due to chance they end up having different set-ups. Examples being how in this one Blue ended up having mostly bombs for a small period of time or how in the growing tree battle Blue started with a branch off instead of grow straight causing them to have two trees compared to red's singular tree.
In fact, you can see that starting positions are exactly the same. They diverge very early because of what looks like rounding error.

The fact that bounced shots can be bounced BACK makes me smile; Red took out one of blue's laser cannons that way around the midgame.
It also seems to me that having no normal cannons is a huge advantage, since it prevents your attack marbles from being wasted on them.
To be fair, they and the bombs are pretty lackluster compared to the power of the lasers
I will say though that I was very interested in the interaction between normal shots being able to instantly shoot down bombs vs lasers slowly wearing them down - unfortunately, there were so many block bubbles that it rendered both weapons almost useless
Really exciting match! Really was anyone's game for a lot of it!

I like this style of battle video, where the teams start with nothing and build up defenses. It lets you move away from having a standard "repair" feature and makes for more interesting outcomes.
I thought both sides were going to lose several times and was even baited into thinking it was going to end before all the weapons were online when the second song came on.

idea: you know how in the top part there's a wall in the middle separating the two sides so blue marbles can only access the blue side, and red marbles the red side? What if you took away that wall so marbles can "overshoot" it and end up too far on the other side.
Considering how far marbles can reach, this could happen very often without a wall, so it would be better to leave it there.

Algodoo as far as I know is a physics sandbox. I believe most things happening were coded by Mikan
Algodoo is a coding physics sim. Mikan basically codes these situations, and its pretty interesting.

looks great, 2 rules I would have added
1) if a sphere is no longer connected to the core it disappears.
2) if a bullet is reflected it becomes part of the neutral faction and is able to affect both colors and not just the one it was reflected to.

Blue used the lasers to destroy all of Red's weapons, then weakens Red's core. However, Red gets back on track and gets a lot of weapons again, but Blue managed to, with the little weapons it has, destroy Red's core before Red could make any more defense there.
There's been some back and forth moments for this to count as a double comeback

This felt like the most violent chaos theory driven marble fight yet.
what a rollercoaster of emotions. Especially if you're like me and "bet" on a color to win. It was a back and forth pretty much the whole way with blue and red alternating between being nearly destroyed and being an overwhelming force.

You can never really tell when these videos will be uploaded, but the quality of the video speaks for themselves
That was intense. Red discovered the Laser Gun Meta and almost made the comeback. But they couldn't close the deal, blue copied the meta and destroyed them.
I find it really cool how they formed an orbital-type formation, with the area around the core being less dense with cannons and blocks, and the outer parts having spots of dense masses of peices. The glue block really added to this. I really like this, in most battles, the core is smothered in stuff to protect it, and this was so drastically different because of the glue and how all the balls come from one corner.
The end is so awesome!

It seems when a team is almost destroyed, they gear towards defenses like Reflection or Glue. Then it makes the core very hard to reach and gives the team time to rebuild. Even in Create and Destroy, hardships make you stronger.
