He tasting that saltiness of knowing he will never get to see the light of day again. May the victims families receive this as justice.
I can’t believe he thought he would get away with this.
Every criminal thinks they're going to get away with it. That is how the criminal mind works.
They believe they are fully entitled to do as they please, that the rules and laws of society and the social contract apply to everyone else BUT them, and that they will never get caught.
This is what/how almost all narcissists and sociopaths think.
Psychopaths, on the other hand, are EXTREMELY good at preplanning, so they are less likely to ever get caught (which should chill you to your core).
@@le_th_ It's so bizarre! I always feel guilty and worry about being caught if I get something free by mistake, from a vending machine, lol.
When he took the stand for 2 days He came across as arrogant. He really thought he was such a good witness and he was goinh to beat it
IN MY VIEW
It amazes me how hatred, bitterness, unforgiveness and the inability between BOTH parents co-parenting their children causes one parent to lose their mind believing murder is their ultimate problem solution. The travesty of ruined lives is unfathomable.
It wasn't about some kid. The families were rival drug dealers. Well, they won't be dealing anymore...
Altogether he was sentenced to 8 consecutive life sentences without the possibility of parole plus 121 years mandatory with no reduction available on firearms charges to be served prior to the life sentences. His actions will never be forgotten by the victims families.
So what is a life sentence?
30 years??

Should've been given the death sentence! How do you murder a mama nursing her newborn daughter and leave the baby alive in her moms blood, dead?!?!
They both pleaded guilty for their roles in the Rhoden homicides last year, with the state agreeing to remove the death penalty in exchange for their testimony.
@Jack McHuedisgusting. 2 gallons of anti-freeze would be enough for every person on DR……
@Jack McHue , that's a bummer, because they deserve the death penalty.
Seriously they did that? Sick! I didn’t catch anything about this case until the verdict so I don’t know alot other than he basically wiped out an entire family. What is wrong with him?
His brother, who pulled the trigger, got life. You can’t allow the guy who actually killed these people to live yet kill his brother for being there.
The Judge could have just summed the sentence up by saying, Dude, you'll never get out of jail alive.
Then the defense will have grounds for a mistrial. There is a reason why these guys get paid the big bucks and you will forever be a burden for your parents.
Prison.
Lol yes its quite bizarre how some states do this.
This is Respect for all the victims and that is not how they do that.
Love that cop looking at him in disgust!
he can go fight the inmates and show what a tough guy he is
He will find out how tough he is not
He will be put in protective custody so none of the other prisoners have an opportunity to give him a little old school justice. Shame.
His own family put him there during the planning and execution of the poor victims. His chances of any appeal actually being successful is extremely slim. The whole family deserves life without parole. May the victims remaining family find some type of peace. To wipe out 4 generation's of a family because you want your mother to raise your child is absolutely insane. They're getting what they deserve.
Idk its not enough, on one hand maybe the horrors of prison will be a never ending nightmare for them but on the other hand we along with the victims surviving family members are gonna be paying for that nightmare for the rest of our lives too. Death row is the only justice.
@@dopeman420 I was saying his family put him at the planning and scene of the crimes. Not that's he was not responsible.
Oh, there's no way he's getting anything on appeal. He was just as involved and just as guilty as the rest of the family. He went out that night with his brother and father with the INTENTION to kill. Whatever the reason he didn't end up pulling the trigger that night is irrelevant. The intent is there, the conspiracy is there, the lying afterwards is there and the attempts to cover up what they did is there. He didn't ONCE decide he couldn't go through with this, he went with them to multiple different homes... KNOWING that in each location they went to next, people would be murdered. He could have stopped this before anyone was killed and certainly at any point that night.
@@BrooklynISLove wasting the rest of your life behind bars, missing life milestones, family, and friends is more horrific than death, imo.
No they all deserve the death penalty but the prosecution’s case wasn’t strong enough without J and A’s testimonies
He's ruined 4 generations of his family name.
Disgraceful
That’s the least of his worries, I promise you.
I didn't follow this case. How did he, "ruin 4 generations of his family name"? Didn't he just ruin his own name?
There's like 700,000 people with the surname Wagner around the world... lol..
The first generation will likely change their family name!
Policeman on the left looked disgusted at this monster the whole time. Looked like he wanted to end the man himself and I don’t blame him
I was thinking he looks scared!!
No one can determine what someone is feeling or thinking just by looking at them.
Angela Wagner should get more than 30 yrs!!!
She can be charged for more it's still open as far as I know. She can get more years. So after Billy's trail I'm sure she'll get more.
@@debijo5288 She plead guilty as part of a plea deal and was given 30 years. Any additional charges would be a violation of that plea deal. I absolutely agree that she should receive more but that’s what she got away with
Was her 30 years without possibility of getting out early? If so, she'd be like in her 80's before she could get out. IF she lives that long.

How could this family ever thought this was a good idea? Did they really believe they would never get caught?
Have you seen that family - they haven't had a "good idea" in 40 years!

Yes? Lol criminals are idiots
They did a great injustice to an innocent little child by killing off one family and putting another(themselves) I jail. Nobody won, least of all this poor child. 😢
Absolutely
He looked so emotionless during this whole trial
This is what narcissism and being petty trash gets you. Horrible, horrible case.
Unfortunately I have seen several try to define everyone around them as “ Narcissistic”, so.. we are going to have to all learn and re- learn what true Narcissism is. We are all not ‘ couch’ therapists and Drs.
Justice has been served, hope it doesn't go well for him inside.
It usually doesn't. I've never heard anyone say "I loved my time in prison", so I'm sure he'll be in agony the rest of his days.
It will be extremely painful at first but the body is good at numbing itself. Oh you mean inside not his insides oops.
@CarmenMN. Don't worry it won't go well for Him at all as the men in prison like to play a little game called "Drop the Soap". I hope they do it to him each and every day, month, and year for the next 200 plus years. Just knowing this can and will happen puts a smile on my face. I hope his loved ones send him enough money for Vaseline at the commissary. Ha Ha Ha Ha!!!!!
@@clos3078 Really 🤣
It's insane though that Angela, who I believe is the real mastermind behind these murders is only getting 30 years. Ridiculous.
Shes a woman.

She probably will get her true death sentence inside the prison, if you know what I mean.
I agree but if she does the whole 30 yrs prison she will be well into her 80s when she's released
Justice has been served!! Thanks you Judge Deering.
Thank god. I couldn’t take starring at that suit vest for much longer.

Heartbreaking listening to the family speak. I'm praying for peace for all the family and friends of the victims. Hopefully Billy's trial, will,go fast and justice will be served to him!

How was justice served? Simply putting someone in jail for murdering people is not justice.

Exactly. That’s the word I was thinking as well A bunch of hillbillies 🙄
Products of inbreeding.
I love to see justice done. My 74 year old aunt was murdered in home invasion 3 years ago. Dude was 20 years old and broke in thinking it was an add on. He wanted the keys to my cousins truck. He said he didn’t expect anybody to be there. Yet when he broke in she said “Joey is that you?” She was blind and couldn’t see anything. She “scared” him and he stabbed her with screwdriver around the head, made a circle. Then got a knife cut her throat 3 times, stabbed her in chest with screwdriver 3 times. She fought to stay with us 3 hours before losing her battle. He got life without parole but we were seeking death penalty
I'm so sorry that happend! No words....
Just tragic. I'm sending you and your family hopes for peace this holiday season.
That is so rare - I'm so sorry. Where was she from?

Sorry for your loss
And now the appeals begin.
Appeals???? really? Not a chance. Waist if time but of course defense lawyer would like to make more money
@@elsabeleroux7896 of course there will be appeals. In some jurisdictions appeals of life sentences are automatic, and it's not as if the defendant will have much else to do.
I remember when all this happened. I've spent my whole life in Cincinnati, grew up in Clermont County and used to ride out east around there so it made it so much crazier.

JUSTICE !!!!
I'm sure this judge was happy to be the person to oversee this case and was able to hand down true justice, which I'm sure he sees often people aren't doing. So yes let them clap, and he should be proud they clapped at him making the right decision. I mean do you hear how many people they killed... that's wild
IMO clapping is fine. I don't see it as being a distraction or anything so I'm glad the judge allowed it.
Seriously. If I was the judge I would be thinking "You are welcome" I would take it as a compliment. Lol
@@LinkRocks um no it’s not, it’s improper
@NobodiesAltButMine some my family clapped after my brothers murder trial. It's not improper to be releived after the process is complete and justice being served. The process took months of unfathomable nightmares and stress so for people to clap that isn't improper what's improper is murdering. If you ever had to sit through a murder trial and see pictures presented as evidence of your family member who was mutilated next to your mom balling her eyes out having to see her son missing half his head from a gunshot point blank then you might be happy when its over too. I respect your opinion and im just giving mine but to this day it's one of the hardest things I've ever had to experience and it still haunts me like it was yesterday. You learn to live with it but I don't think I'll ever get past it.
@@frythefly5270 @FryTheFly that's hard and I can't imagine your pain. Losing a loved one is hard always, but murder puts that loss on such a different plane that I can't imagine. But when I say it I mean it deeply, that I am sorry for your families loss and the unfair pain you all had to endure.
And I completely agree that clapping or saying something should be seen as normal in every possible way. Alot of times judges or people in general act as if your supposed to just be a robot and shut emotions off. When in fact, a situation like this has so many emotions curling and whirling around its not even able to be described fully in any words.

He certainly has command of his emotions. Sentencing is so complicated…

George can't say he did not have good defense lawyers. Parker did a good job as a defense lawyer. The wire taps were very incriminating. His own words " I ain't gonna cave" did him in as well as many other statements he made.
And the fact that they had this magnitude of a trial in pike. And the state picked all super young jurors. who were probably scared to not convict him of every offense. cause there was not on every charge a ‘without a reasonable doubt at all’ there most definitely was on some of those charges a reasonable doubt! although I believe he’s guilty.
