Every criminal thinks they're going to get away with it. That is how the criminal mind works.
They believe they are fully entitled to do as they please, that the rules and laws of society and the social contract apply to everyone else BUT them, and that they will never get caught.
This is what/how almost all narcissists and sociopaths think.
Psychopaths, on the other hand, are EXTREMELY good at preplanning, so they are less likely to ever get caught (which should chill you to your core).

It amazes me how hatred, bitterness, unforgiveness and the inability between BOTH parents co-parenting their children causes one parent to lose their mind believing murder is their ultimate problem solution. The travesty of ruined lives is unfathomable.

He went out that night with his brother and father with the INTENTION to kill. Whatever the reason he didn't end up pulling the trigger that night is irrelevant. The intent is there, the conspiracy is there, the lying afterwards is there and the attempts to cover up what they did is there. He didn't ONCE decide he couldn't go through with this, he went with them to multiple different homes... KNOWING that in each location they went to next, people would be murdered. He could have stopped this before anyone was killed and certainly at any point that night.

@@frythefly5270 @FryTheFly that's hard and I can't imagine your pain. Losing a loved one is hard always, but murder puts that loss on such a different plane that I can't imagine. But when I say it I mean it deeply, that I am sorry for your families loss and the unfair pain you all had to endure.
And I completely agree that clapping or saying something should be seen as normal in every possible way. Alot of times judges or people in general act as if your supposed to just be a robot and shut emotions off. When in fact, a situation like this has so many emotions curling and whirling around its not even able to be described fully in any words.

And the state picked all super young jurors. who were probably scared to not convict him of every offense. cause there was not on every charge a ‘without a reasonable doubt at all’ there most definitely was on some of those charges a reasonable doubt! although I believe he’s guilty.
