Hello. Lately I've been diagnosed with "bilateral spondylolisthesis of the L5 arch, slight anterior spondylolisthesis L5-S1 with significant narrowing of the left intervertebral foramen" - hope I got the translation right. Do you think you could somehow recommend me a good chair for 8hrs+ a day for work and maybe tell some tips of how to strengthen my core so the the problem with my lower back won't be that much of a problem. I watched your reviews and I'm able to buy both Kinnarps 6000/8000 plus or Steelcase Gesture/Haworth Fern/HM Embody & etc. but I may have a problem before trying them so if you could advise something it would be great. I'm about 171cm height and ~78kgs. Thank you in advance.
