Maaaaan, ill just wait till the market crashes. (especially in socal) thanks for the advice, and as much as i love it, even a basic studio apt here costs 2k+ per month. it is basically impossible to move out without taking money from my parents' bank account. i got this video recommended to me randomly, but im glad i watched, has good lessons, and i hope to have a great real estate portfolio of my own someday!
Thanks for the comment. My nephew wants to room with his buddy which is cool, but I feel that saving such cash would be more effective. Sometimes, my buddies and I would have like 4 roommates just to live and we would still be broke. Hopefully you'll make a boat load of cash in SoCal real estate and then come to Texas and buy a mansion. Take care and thanks again.
Im 22 year old male, I work 2 jobs, Currently Single, I plan On Purchasing A House in 2025! Living with my parents allowed me to save up to then move out. Upon moving out I plan to have roommates or a partner to help with rent. “I make enough money to live by myself”, but it would be better to have people chip in.
