No way a Gen Z would talk in this vocabulary and manner.... they would say the things in the subtitles to the interviewer's face

Vocabulary is too advanced and organized for Gen Z

This describes every brain dead person out there under 25
      Entitled
      Shallow
      Vain
And absolutely why the world will be shit in about 20 years
Only thing you should of added is that the kid would be on his cell the whole time answering the questions with a contempt attitude
      Then it would of been
      Nailed !!!!!!!!

We millennials get no money from family, mommies card because daddy is too harsh(he told them to get an actual education), and don't start talk about grandma and grandpa money, millennials never get money, maybe food, maybe 10 dollars max.
Being Millennial is no money, educated too much and use it little, that didn't get us richer but that made us smarter.

Normally the Gen Z I interview is not that eloquent. They typically clam up and don't talk at all during the interview. When I ask them when can they start, they say they'd need to ask their mom first. Sometimes it's their grandma.
So I typically not waste time on them.

Gen Z takes things that other age groups think are low key hobby stuff or do occasionally, then think they are a leader in it ..or think of it as a career.
They shoot a useless piece of video on their phone and edit it...all of a sudden the are a Director.

Lol gen Z is treating you exactly how companies treat employees xD
-“We offer competitive salaries” (bare minimum on the market)
-“we offer a lot of benefits” (fruits in the office),
-“you will have a lot of growth opportunities with us” (adds responsibilities without increase of salary)
-“yeah we offer flexibility” (weeell… You can have this doctor appointment sometimes in the working hours but not too often)
-“we have young and motivated team!” (Because older people won’t work here for this money)
-“we are a family here!” (Mass layoffs of hundreds of “family members”)
    Etc.
Why are you surprised? XD lol.

I can't find this to be very likely. Gen Z typically puts in little effort, so unlikely to have gotten good jobs to know how the real world of employment works. I mean, if you want to just all jobs based on the fast food industry, you might be a bit off the mark, son.

perhaps we fail to see the issues, this is the first interview, they don't really know how to talk with someone that is clearly not on the same level, second of all they will think you are human and will treat them like human so they will talk like a human, but we all know when you work you aren't a human, you are a slave, and what do you expect them to do? portray them in a bad light? i'm sure no one will care about even one of those traits once they are actually hired, so what's their importance anyway?

Millennials get job at age like 21-22 after college or universities or other educated profession. They seems they are forever students but they paid their own houses and cars unlike Gen Z get their cars and homes from parents.

    1. Politics is absolute taboo on an interview, both side ignores it 2. They talk without facts, only statements. Interviewer does not even have tricky questions.

Dino Con Thats due to their coming of age under trump. If there’s a voter backlash, there will be, and Trump is voted from office, younger Gen Z will adopt whatever is espoused by the ensuing president.
Remembering that older Millennials were conservative in the 90s...
