The PALOMA COCKTAIL AND SUMMER SEASON KICK-OFF!
In this episode, Judy demonstrates for Puppet the crafting of the perfect summer cocktail - The Paloma!
Recipe is simple and classic: 1:2 + splash: meaning 1 part Tequila, 2 parts grapefruit soda, 1 splash fresh lime juice!

Let’s begin…
INGREDIENTS (5) + SHOPPING LIST
o 1 Bottle Tequila (Blanco or Silver) - not golden to retain the pink grapefruit color
o 2 Bottles Fever-Tree Grapefruit Soda
o If you can’t find this, you may substitute Fresca, Squirt, or any type of citrus flavored soda. Fresh grapefruit juice works as well.
o 2 fresh limes
o 1 large grapefruit
o Crushed ice
o A combination of margarita salt, pinch of sugar, grapefruit, and lime zest (equal parts of the zest)
CRAFT THE COCKTAIL
STEP 1: GATHER THE INGREDIENTS
o 1 part Tequila
o 2 parts Fever-Tree Grapefruit Soda
o ¼ cup fresh squeezed lime juice
o Grapefruit and lime wedges for garnish
o Lime Cheek
o A combination of margarita salt, pinch of sugar, grapefruit and lime zest (equal parts of zest)
STEP 2: MIX
o In prepared glass with ice, add 1 part tequila; 2 parts grapefruit soda; splash of lime juice; mix.
o Garnish with grapefruit and/or lime slices
o Enjoy!

@troynorth4079 PUPPET: me don't drink, but kitchen lady tells me it light and refreshing due to the grapefruit soda. it's a refreshing change from the typical margarita - enjoy!

@TeresaSmith-cg3us We started drinking the DOBEL DIAMANTE which is 100% agave. Over rocks with just a lime -- delicious!
It looks to pretty to drink….but I would still drink that.😂
