As a veteran "doo" "doo"-er its great to see a more accomplished musician validate my doos. Good luck with the violin and thanks for another banger video.
Saw them on KEXP…. It was as usual, Wonderful….. so when I saw this, I had to watch(AND LEARN) !!!! Beautiful Track !!!!!!!!!!!! Thank You !!!!!!! 💛😊😺🎹🎛🎚🎸💛
Another lovely track and video. Every time I learn something new about sound design and arrangement. Loved what you did with that simple pluck sound by adding character and sculpting the tone with effects. Amazing work. Keep it up 👍🙏
@@mastmusicianyes! I have quite a few on my Spotify…working on getting more released 🙂 open.spotify.com/artist/5pp0lKROhPKazNZWeGgoJy?si=vqFxXA8QQD64lKGrnGWN-g
You young lady are a genius. So much info in a small no nonsense package. My DAW is studio one but I also use live or try too. I find the GUI a bit intimidating.
Nice - have to watch again - currently working while listening to your tips and tricks but have to admit that I´m not good at doing two things at once 😁
Actually drawing in and manipulating notes feels about the same to me, but the added ease of slicing notes alone was enough for me. Overall, piano roll experience is much better with the added features. And glad you enjoyed the masterclass...I spent a lot of time preparing it 🤣
im on abletunes 12 - Im trying to do the split trick with ctrl-e it doesnt seem to work for me: note is selected and presse ctrl-e one after other (hold) and it splits in two but thats it. wont split further and cannot drag mouse up or down to increase decrease the number of sub divisions. Would you be able to help? thanks you - and you awesome
“And that’s my masterclass… you’re welcome” hehee, I do love your delivery! Great final track, really lost myself in that…
Glad you enjoyed it 😂 thanks so much!
Good & effective use of the violin as both a texture & lead.
Thanks so much! I’m really excited to start incorporating it into my music more.
Violin was a great touch!
Thanks so much!
The violin looks so cool, sounds amazing! Loving your tutorials and tips very entertaining and educational :)
Thank you so much! 😊 I do love the way the violin looks, too…only downside is it’s quite a bit heavier than my regular violin. Oh well, worth it 👍
The sound of everything is wonderful.
Thank you so much!!

It’s a great technique! And thanks! Very excited to add more violin to my music.
If you don't have Ableton 12, you can add random velocity using the "Add some random" preset of the "Velocity" MIDI effect
Love that hot swap feature of the drum rack in simpler mode!
Yeah! It’s so fun to swap sounds as it’s playing and see what sounds best.
Saw them on KEXP…. It was as usual, Wonderful….. so when I saw this, I had to watch(AND LEARN) !!!!
Beautiful Track !!!!!!!!!!!!
Thank You !!!!!!!

Great tips as always K.Hart. Thanks for sharing! lovely vibe on your tune, it reminds me of some of Mariner + Domingo's work.
Thank you! Haven’t heard them, I’ll have to check it out 🙂
Oooft. This is fabulous. Learning lots of sound design from your videos. Thank you 😊
Thanks so much! I’m glad the videos are helpful! 🙂

Thank you so much. I haven’t tried studio one, but I was also very intimidated when I started working in Ableton. The learning curve is very steep!
Whaaaaaou 👏👏
Thanks so much !!
Thanks for checking out the video!
Thanks, great content as always, and cool touch with the violin!
Thanks so much! 🙂

Nice 😂 Kiasmos is awesome. Thanks for checking out the video and the sub!
Looks like just might have to download 12!!! The workflow 🤔 dope vibe!!!🔥🔥🔥 love seeing you playing actual instruments!!!
12 definitely upped the workflow game. And thanks! I had so much fun playing the electric violin on this one 😊
Nice - have to watch again - currently working while listening to your tips and tricks but have to admit that I´m not good at doing two things at once 😁
Nice, multitasking! I can barely do one thing at a time these days 😂 Happy Friday!
Haha, rock music shirts, electronic music productions and you also play the violin!
100% always wanted to use the violin for rock and electronic music rather than Bach and Beethoven 😂
Very nice video as always !
Thanks so much! 🙂
These videos are so so good.
Thank you!!
such a vibe !
Thank you! 😊

@@khartbeats 🥰adorable!!!☺️👏👏👏👏 keep it up K!!!...I'll follow!!!!.
Can you do a wave trap arrangement tutorial? thx!😘
I can work on that 👍
Is the note manipulation smoother in Live 12? Weird detail to pick up on, but it would be dope if it is :)
P.S. Thanks for the Synth masterclass :D

Hold the e key down first and then cntrl. Seems like it only works for me when I do it in that order. Hope that helps 🙂
THe best
