No shame in taking a break, but definitely glad to have my favorite RUclips producer back to help me along my journey! Thank you for sharing all your awesome ideas and process with us!
These videos feel like a cool creative hangout. Please don't pressure yourself, your creativity shines through and it's nice to watch your process. Glad you're back 😊
Super happy to see you back in the game. Hope the time off was refreshing. For each of us commenting that we're happy you're back you likely have 10x the number of people who are also excited for your content. Will echo what I've said in each of your videos that I view, love your laid back style of teaching and feel like I learn something new every video I watch.
BABE WAKE UP NEW K.HART VIDEO DROPPED!!!!! i was just rewatching some of your videos a few days ago too. So glad to see you pop up on my homepage, but it's always good to take breaks, rest is so important. Glad to hear you're doing well, I can see from the comments here how much everyone missed you and your awesome tutorials
I really appreciate how you show and break down all your automation. That's something I struggle with, so having some solid explanation of technique is awesome! Thank you!
I really liked the format of this (start with instrument choice/sound design to build the basis for the track, then skipping ahead to the arrangement with a walkthrough). It felt very efficient to quickly learn instrument choices and arrangement for this genre. I've been working on a synthwave track naively the past few weeks and I've been pretty stuck. This helped a lot.
Only found this channel a few weeks ago and followed one of your previous synthwave track from a year ago and found it really useful. Now you are back with some new content and really appreciate all the sound design and arrangement techniques provided in this and your other videos. You have a great presentation technique!
K Hart! Glad to see another video! Please take as much time as you need tho, no need to grind nonstop, we’ll still be here to check out your vids whenever you check in. RUclips video creation doesn’t need to be some awful grind, just drop us a video when you feel inspired! Thanks for the video, it’s perfect!
Thank you so much!! That is great advice, for sure. RUclips was definitely becoming a grind and really just sucked the joy out of making music for a bit. Definitely glad to be back, but yes, breaks are good, too 😊
Yay!!! 🎉 soo happy you are back. Your tutorials are my fav. Can we get a video on all the plugins you use. I'm really been looking into shaperbox, soothe, ez drummer and ez keys, fabfilter, ozone for mastering, there's soo many, and they are soo expensive. I'd just like to hear your take on all the popular plugins. Thanks K.Hart! 🎶
It's good to see you back, and the timing of this track couldn't be any more perfect. About an hour before watching, I was working on something with both an arp and a lead sound happening at the same time, and your arrangement gives me the good suggestion to try alternating them, rather than having them play simultaneously. I enjoyed the track as well as the tips. Thanks!
so glad you enjoyed your break, and so glad youre back! I've been recreating these in ableton to teach myself, you've become my favorite production sensei
Really glad you are back. I just started my production journey earlier this year (this leg of it anyway), and have really learned from you and your channel. I hope all is well, and look forward to more.
Yay! Welcome Back :) Nice track, I love John Carpenter's movies and all of the music he made for them. I am probably incorrect, but I always though he kind of created the style of music. I also love how he creates tension with sound. Check out Prince of Darkness if you have not seen it. There is a tone that plays through the entire movie that builds very slowly. So cool!
Thank you! John Carpenter definitely has some good ones. Not quite sure if he created the style or not, but his soundtracks capture the essence of the movies so well. I’ll have to check out Prince of Darkness!
Glad you're back and okay, but also don't at all feel bad for taking some time to just step away for a break. Burnout sucks. Been there done that. I really appreciate how you seem too be able to explain and navigate Ableton in a way that's easy for my peewee brain to understand. I've tried FL Studio on PC and I still can't wrap my head around it lol. Again, glad to have you back, and I can't wait to see what you do next.
Thank you so much! Yeah, burnout was really getting to me. When this became more like a job than enjoying the process, I knew I needed a break. I'm glad my videos have been helpful...I'll try to keep them that way :)
Thank you for this. I love to watch workflow and definitely love the content of why you do what you do.... I don't have your DAW but much of this makes sense and it's great to hear/watch how you assemble and create this stuff!!
You won’t believe, but I watched The Thing just yesterday 😮 Probably that’s the reason I like this channel so much - it just resonates with me 😅 Thanks for the nice track and please don’t disappear again 🙏
Love to see a new video! But for the love of all that is dear in this world don't scare us like that anymore I genuinely thought something might've happened to one of my favorite producers 😅 That being said no shame in taking a break indeed don't get burnt out!
No shame in taking a break, but definitely glad to have my favorite RUclips producer back to help me along my journey! Thank you for sharing all your awesome ideas and process with us!
Thank you!! It was nice to take a break, but I'm ready to get back into posting again. I definitely missed it and glad some other people did, too :)
These videos feel like a cool creative hangout. Please don't pressure yourself, your creativity shines through and it's nice to watch your process. Glad you're back 😊
Thank you so much! Definitely needed a little break from content creation, but happy to be back at it 🙂
Welcome back, don't burnout. We will be here when you do put out new videos. Thanks, hope you had a nice break.
Thank you! Yep, definitely needed a little break. I'm excited to put out new videos again :)

youtube definitely needs more female beatmakers. as a male, I feel it adds a different perspective and that's valuable

Yesss, I forget how important it is to take breaks sometimes. Thanks so much for watching and sticking around! 😊
I really appreciate how you show and break down all your automation. That's something I struggle with, so having some solid explanation of technique is awesome! Thank you!
Glad that’s helpful. Automation is a super important part of arrangement!
Very happy to see you back after the break. I always learn a lot about producing from your videos, so thank you.

Thanks so much! I definitely needed to step away for a bit. Very glad to be back, though!
Love the perc sample. It’s like skeleton bones like Danse Macabre.
Glad you’re back!!
Thanks! And yes, it definitely has that vibe!

Always learn something new from your posts.

I enjoyed the track as well as the tips. Thanks!
Thanks! Yeah, trying to juggle more than one melodic element can get messy pretty quickly. Glad the video was useful 😊
Thanks I love that kind of sound!
Woohoo! Glad to see you're ok, and back making videos. Your voice was surely missed, but 👏for putting your mental health first!
Thank you!! Yes, definitely needed a break! 😊

Thanks for coming back K! :) Nice track indeed :)
Thank you so much! 😊
Awesome job! The first track I released was very much inspired by the Escape From New York soundtrack, absolutely love Carpenter's work!
