105mph is still insane for a homemade plane, with a new 4S battery I think you will hit 120+ soon, maybe get a higher C rating as well?

Definitely is! This battery is 100c. So I think just a new battery. But they are sold out. So I'm waiting for them to get back in stock. I'm still shooting for that 120!!
