I think if you add Farrah Faccet sorry I spelled it incorrectly, inspired look to the title you would get the views you need. I specifically typed in hair flick. From the tik ton video where they flick their heads back and forth after curl but with no holding spray and I found you but this video deserves way more views and likes

Finally I could find the style I was looking for, I was searching for feathered but this is what I wanted tysm. Can you do this with rollers?
This is how we did it. Now do that every morning at 6am before school. Yes, every girl did this. It gets harder in the 80's because the feathered looks was in so you did this allover your head and then use the flick of the wrist when brushing until the whole side of your head looks like the feathered wing of a bird haha Then lacquer it so it doesn't move with Aqua Net hairspray.
So in the back you curl to the front? Love it! What lip color/brand is that?

What size barrel curling iron did you use?
Need the Aquanet hairspray. It was still out in the "80s and early '90s I think.

When my cousin debut my other cousin done the very current millenial make up .while me done the curl and I curl the hair in a very retro 1970.s Farrah fawcett hair to balance the look

Hmm you might need to hold the curl on the curling iron for longer. Also make sure you’re using a hot enough curling iron

So sorry to hear that! It sounds like maybe you need to use bigger sections if your hair curls so well. Everyone’s hair is different, but I hope you have success!
I tried this but it wouldn't hold all day. I did some research and learned that rolling hair from the bottom with a curling iron is the incorrect method because it leaves the middle of the hair strand cold.
Depends on your length of hair and your curling iron!
