Do you have a tutorial? I don't want to damage my hair from heat damage so I would love to know how to do this on lace fronts. Btw your gorgeous! God bless sister
Yay I’ve been waiting for this video! Love the detailed explanation of your hair & haircut, it helps to know for those who have a different cut or style. Thank you Lundyn, it looks fabulous!
This is perfect! I'm excited to see how it looks with my shoulder-length shag and baby bangs! Not as authentic, but I think it could still look cool! 😍
This is so awesomely helpful! Thank you. (And as for the "weird angles", that's what makes your approach to this kinda complex style successful and easy to follow!)
Been wanting to get 70s hair. Just attempted my own curtain bangs. They looked better than I thought they did initially once I washed and dried my hair. But then I was like “oh wait, my hair is completely flat and I have no idea how to do 70s waves without rollers”. This is the most helpful video I’ve seen so far, and I rlly needed one that used a straightener! About to attempt this
I loved this tutorial! It was down to earth and friendly and made sense of the technique! Watching it was like being at a mate's house and she's showing you her new do.
I had no idea how much work was involved with this. As a boy I have always taken a #1 clipper guard and do the sides and back, #3 on the top and blend in the rest. I can’t imagine doing this every day!
Thank you so much for making this video. I wished I watched this before I bought a big curling iron that didn't even give me big curls and I already have a straightener so I am going to try with that like you did that my hair stylist couldn't even do after I got the angled layered hair cut.
I feel like a lot of stylists aren’t used to this style! I always request very dramatic layers with the shag hair cut and it’s always that “ArE yOu SuRe???”
Okay so I’ve never commented on a video but my god I tried this today with my new cut and fringe and WOW you are a wizard this was great, I am a hairdresser too but with today’s modern training I had no idea where to start🤣
@@Lundyn i’m making an 80s inspired look on my tik tok with my moms retro windbreaker that she dug up and i was looking for the perfect hair to go with it ! my @ is gracenwebb, it’ll be posted either tomorrow or in a couple days if you would like to see the final look !!:)
Hey I was wondering if your straightener is at a certain temperature, because normally when I brush through my hair even after hairspray it doesn’t stay that good lol.
I have medium hair in thickness so I use 320-350 degrees with my hot tools! Also having layers helps a lot with holding curls because there’s not so much weight!
Thank you!! I have better luck with the foam rollers than the Velcro rollers. Yes just roll them away from your face at an angle, fluff them out and should be pretty similar! I will definitely look into doing a video with the rollers!
farrah is jealous of this
LMFAO 😂😂😂😂☝️☝️

This is still one of the best tutorials on this look!! Too many are way to modern and curly. True Farrah feathers!⭐️⭐️
Love this hair....confession, I had a poster of Farrah on my wall when I was a little girl! Red bathing suit one...
80s baby can not get enough of this style had to revamp some lace fronts and I can't get the shape back 😂
Do you have a tutorial? I don't want to damage my hair from heat damage so I would love to know how to do this on lace fronts. Btw your gorgeous! God bless sister
I was wondering if this was possible with hair extensions because hair that’s not attached to your head doesn’t act the same 🙁
it’s actually 70s
Your video is literally the best video of farrah hairstyle I have found. Please do more retro hairstyles!

Girl! you taught me how to curl so in depth.
I had no idea how much work was involved with this. As a boy I have always taken a #1 clipper guard and do the sides and back, #3 on the top and blend in the rest. I can’t imagine doing this every day!

No kidding I’m glad I’m not the only one we never learned anything that was 60s 70s or 80s! So glad to hear that thank you so much!!!

The dislikes are people who can’t do their hair lol great job!! 🙇🏽♂️
Hahaha gotta love the haters 💁🏼♀️
Thanks for the vid very informative.. Doing this for a party lol
You’re very welcome!! Have fun!!!
Amazing
My hair doesn't really curl doing it that way. Can I just curl like how I do it as long its away from my face then fix it in the end?
I don’t see why not! Definitely try it out and let me know how it goes!
Very nice 😊
Do you think it will look good on very long hair? (Like tailbone length hair).
Ps it looks soooo good on you🥺🖤🖤
Now you just need Sasoon Jean's. You look stunning !
Haha I would love to get a pair!! Thank you ❤️
Omg your hair is so beautiful i would pay thousands for it
Hahaha thank you thank you!!!
Weird question but how long can you wear this style or do you have to restyle it everyday?
Not weird at all I’d say for me since my hair is more on the long side it lasts like this for a day and the next 2 days is wavy/slightly curly
I love it dope
Thank you!

Nuce job!!
Ficou lindo 👏👏👏 very beautiful 🇧🇷💚
Does anyone know if you can create this look with Flexi rods? I can’t curl my hair for shit with a flat iron or a curling iron
I think it is achievable! Keeping the same angles and directions of the curls and shaking it out then combing into the flip
Lundyn thank you!
Please do more hair tutorials
Can do!! Thank you 😊
Haven't found a hair dresser that knows how to do it. Thanks
You have beautiful,thick hair.
doing this for halloween
Great idea!! 😍
She looks so much like Lisa Kudrow
I get that all the time!!
Man 💙💛👑💛💛💛💙👼 i appreciate your work
Thank you very much ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Can this be achieved with rollers? If so, could you do a tutorial with rollers? This is the best version I've seen of the farah look. Finallyyyy
Thank you!! I have better luck with the foam rollers than the Velcro rollers. Yes just roll them away from your face at an angle, fluff them out and should be pretty similar! I will definitely look into doing a video with the rollers!
@@Lundyn thanks so much!
