I love the elote salad as a condiment. It also solves the fish/shrimp taco topping since my husband refuses to eat cabbage. Like CJ refuses to eat fish. What a great recipe!
Another great show & recipe! I will be making smash burgers today at my daughter's boyfriend's graduation party. He loves my smash burgers. I had his family buy a Blackstone Griddle just so I could cook them. Spreading the Griddle Nation as far & wide as I can 😄

Long time CJ follower but after watching this vid - is this CJ first cooking show or Nate’s?? Nate you really need to chill on commentary. This is not about you. CJ, you have the right ingredients, use your recipe to make yourself stand out - you have the talent and personality. Just sayin ……
These look AWESOME!. ALWAYS go with the biggest Tortilla, that way you can fit more goodies, I would add Avocados, Sour Cream and a Salsa...in a bigger Tortilla. Oddly enough my Family fills Tacos with everything, Cheese, Sour Cream, Lettuce, Sliced Olives, Avocado, sliced Tomatoes, etc. EXCEPT when I make Carnitas Tacos, then it's ONLY Carnitas and my Tomatillo Salsa...very odd.

hey CJ i love the blackstone but that steak would have benefited from some super hot charcoal. a little flame hitting the meat is a great thing. i know you are obligated to cook everything on the blackstone. i'm just saying. also no words in the english language rhyme with ninth either.
Get corn on the cob. Take it off the cob. Freeze it. Then BOOM great frozen corn. Even better if you grow it yourself or buy from a farmer. I am not, but that's where we get our corn. Shucks
