RATT really started rolling in 84 when I was 16 in highschool still one of my favorite bands of all time, Warren is a guitar god absolute LEGEND. He will go down in history someday as one of the best to ever play guitar. LEGEND.
They were one of the early ones. Motley really was the first of the sunset strip bands. Ratt was second. People who didn’t live it get the time line confused. Great fucking band. 🤘🏾🤘🏾🤘🏾🤘🏾🤘🏾🤘🏾
RATT performed in 2021 at the Waukesha County Fair in Wisconsin and that was the best live performance since the original lineup performed as a new band.. Check it out,RATT was just badass... the entire concert is on RUclips
Thanks for taking the time to see to the audio and get it to this quality. I was there that night and still have the T-shirt and DVD they were selling. Winger opened and everything was running really late - I had to move my car out of a parking station that closed at midnight and used the blowing of the power as the opportunity, I ran back but missed the beginning to "Lay It Down" and still regret it. When the concert ended I had enough time to drive home, get 40 mins sleep then rush to catch the red-eye flight to MEL for a full day of work that ended at 11:30pm - but it was all worth it!
I was there. Power shut down during Lack Of Communication, Thought it was goodnight for sure but thankfully it was restored. WINGER was the support band. Great show!
SUPERB VIDEO/SOUND. STEPHEN P. AND W.D.M. HAVE ALWAYS BEEN SYNCED MUSICALLY.. THEY AND BAND GRINDING IT OUT, AND PROUDLY GIVE 110%+ TO THEIR FANS. STEPHENS STILL KICKING ASS WITH MANY PROJECTS, OTHER THAN MUSIC. DRAGSTERS FOR INSTANCE, T.V. AND FILM, ETC. NEVER A DULL MOMENT FOR MR. S.P...... THANKS B.L.

We were lucky to be young bucks in the 80's. 55 now where does the time go 😮😮😮. Ghetto blaster haven't heard that in decades thanks for the flashback. Had a few myself. Peace.......
I can see why they call this The Warren Show-talented guitar slinger-something in his tone reminds me of Dweezil Zappa, and his playing like Randy California is very clean!Of course the heart & soul of Ratt was the late, great Robbin Crosby, bless him!:)
I've seen Ratt 3 times. Once, front row center in Dallas. Back in the day. Slapped hands with Jaun Crocier (tiwce) and Pearcy. The 80's rocked. I first saw Ratt in 1985. Get this. Bon Jovi opened up for Ratt. We were breaking down the barricades during the Bon Jovi set. Bon Jovi was rocking it, but the crowd was there to see Ratt. When the security threatened to end the Bon Jovi set the crowd started chanting, "RATT! RATT!! RATT!...." Bon Jovi finished their set. Ratt was impressive that night. I got a pic some years aog during the encore that is legendary. Got to find it.

Thanks so much for posting this gig. To the people who haven't seen Ratt live before this gives you an idea of what they are like live most RUclips vids have poorer sound. Warren is always on fire that's just his natural state and as for the rhythm guitarist he did a solid backbone job but if you listen to his backing vocals they were spot on and facilitate Mr Pearcy to front and entertain. Love this show. Saw Ratt at the Mayfair club in Newcastle U.K. Detonator Tour and this video gets close. Will always love this band Warren de Martini is THE best lead and rhythm rock guitarist in the world in my opinion.
This is fucking awesome! I can't believe I missed this gig at the Metro Sydney 2007, John Corabi on guitar with Warren. RATT 2019 is a tribute act compared to this. Cheers
Worth the wait, nice job Vic!!! Sounds great bro. LOVE these guys, they were a great LIVE band!!! Warren & Robin were arguably the best guitar duo of the Hair Metal era. Those two guys were a force to be reckoned with... PERIOD!!! Back in the day they must've lit up the Sunset Strip because they played off of each other like they were joined at the hip. They're great songwriters, the tunes have major swagger. They had a unique sound that set them apart, unlike a lot of those bands that came out of the cookie-cutter in the mid-80's. I remember the first time I heard LAY IT DOWN on the radio, I instantly knew it was RATT. And you can tell who's playing the solo on the album. One guy's doing the basic melody and the other is playing underneath off of that and they shared that role equally. But I'll tell ya this... I saw RATT twice ('85 & '87) and both times the band sounded great but Pearcy was awful, he sounded nothing like the guy on the album. His voice was gone halfway through the show in '85 and right from the start in '87. But those bands were worked to death, 4 or 5 shows in a row, a day off then repeat. Just my luck it was probably their 5th show in a row both times. LOL

Thanks for posting this! Warren was on fire. I met him in 1999 in Norfolk, Va he's really a cool dude who likes to play guitar and surf! Ratt N' Roll!!!!!!
Ratt, no live album. True Ratt fans know they sounded way better live than any recording can capture. I think this is the best I have ever seen or heard. Just some strange thing that makes their sound change when recorded, I've seen them a plenty. Thanks Vic, damn I want a three disc live album now!
@@Fearzero He's always flat LOL. I've heard him sound worse, trust me. Saw them twice ('85 & '87), both times the band sounded great, Pearcy was awful, I was disappointed. His voice was shot!!! Im glad i found this. Thanks for posting. I had seen them in June of 2007 in Bay City Michigan at the River Roar. Jackyl opened, and Dee Snider was the MC for the show. One of my top 5 all time shows honestly. They were all on that nite.
