Also I fully see why I couldn’t hold my internal shifts. Rewatching videos for the 3rd and 4th time I’m realizing how many things you give per video. I used to catch like 2-3 now watching same videos I’m catching like 15-20 I imagine upon a 4th or 5th watch I’ll find there was actually 33 points of powerful info per video. I was paying attention too and still missed it. I might’ve been so tethered before that I couldn’t even receive properly.

Dude, I can relate! There’s hundreds there in these videos, when you get in the program, you learn to see them
I’m still going back to all these videos & they hit more & more I find more & more details
I cannot believe I missed so much, even when I was paying full attention 100%

Ur shifts come from knowing ur flaws and triggers, and killing desires....men want physical, women want empathy and deep understanding, then physical

I’d love to hear an example of what this sounds like in practice. I want to hear what kinds of words are spoken etc.

Oh my god man…one hour and 40 minutes on a call today. New record over the last year even before the separation. And she LAID INTO ME on how i would interpret what she meant by how i interpreted it and i could tell this was a good year of pent up anger.
Ended with her saying we can talk more, and hang out more. Win-win in my eyes

Find out why she feels like that
worst thing she might be with someone, else
If that win-win let her, focus on yourself be 10x better. if she does comeback, you decide

DO NOT LEAVE! Separation only makes things harder! Focus on changing everything about you and ya’lls emotional communicating situation…..it’s been 7 months though any updates?

Poop. still fighting bias and unpredictably she wanted divorce i flipped out but per Geoffs advice im becoming someone she wants to heal with, she at least tells me problems now and i usually listen and apologizefor now because she say i sound fake and like a therapist

“Usually listen”?!?! Nah man you need to 100% of the time ALWAYS listen to her. EVERYTIME she tells you how she’s unhappy with something that’s her cry for help! Listen and let her know you understand and are here for her.
