How convenient to mention only the drawbacks of civil services and positives of RBI grade B. How is this a fair comparison? People who hate routine and monotony in life stay away RBI grade B job and keep working on your UPSC dream!! There exists no comparison. The governor of RBI is an IAS officer, NO CHALLENGE NO GLORY! Stay strong.
A person who has retired as an IAS/IPS officer will have more stories to tell to his grandson than a person who retired as a RBI deputy governor,this video is slightly biased and doesn't paint a true comparison as mentioned in the video.
