- This delicious goat wet fry or mbuzi wet fry recipe is easy and makes a perfect week night dinner for you , your family or when entertaining friends. Wet fry recipes are popular Kenyan recipes, i look at them the same way as braises and are very adaptable.
This recipe call for goat meat, in this case cut up pieces which are first browned and then slowly simmered/ braised in a spiced tomato based sauce . The peppers are added for balance, taste a. color and texture.. The result is a yummy dish that just needs some rice , chapati or a side of your liking to complete it.

And then with us in south africa Goat is a ceremonial animal strickly for appeasing the ancestors so we can never buy it at butcheries
It should be the other way. Goat for consumption and trade/transaction, sheep for worship.
Looks delicious, but next time could you use proper measurement to make it easy to follow your ingredients.
I could never make the exact same test of the kenya mbuzi wet fry. Always comes somewhat different than what I test in the restaurant.
