I also like Asian and Indian cuisine ( in fact any food culture, cos there's lots of different tastes and flavours that are amazing) and have cooked these for around 50 years ( i am old, really, lol), good food is good food, full stop. When am cooking I use the ingredients I like and enjoy eating, the same with oils. If you like coconut or peanut oil, its ok. Thanks so much for watching.

I buy from my nearest butcher.
I don't like cashews what can I use to make it?
Just eliminate the cashews but it wont be cashew chicken
