或者 is used on "either" / "neither" ; 还是喜欢 is used on "still like" in English.

All meaning:to speak; to talk; to converse; to chat; to discuss...

They are different in useages and meanings.
告诉 Gao su: To tell.
A 告诉 B (something)
A tell B (something)
我要告诉你一件事。
Wo yao gaosu ni yi jian shi.
l want to tell you something.
说话Shuo hua:
Lit. speak words
A 跟 B 说话
他要跟你说话。
Ta yao gen ni shuohua.
He wants to with you speak(words).
谈Tan: to talk . We barely use it alone.
lt will duplicated:谈谈 to have a talk
A 跟 B 谈谈
他要跟你谈谈。
Ta yao gen ni tantan.
Lit. He wants to with you have a talk.

还是 还 are both means still (of course they have some different meaning, but sometimes it's really hard to understand they differences) could you make a video about they differences, please
Good question! It's a bit complicated. To simplify the difference, take 还 as YET and it goes with NOT YET most of the time. 他还没来。Ta hai mei lai. He hasn't come YET.

Hi sir, i want to ask you. But, that is about "date, year, and month". How to ask someone "what is the date today?" use "今天是几月几号?" or "今天是多少号?" thank you sir！
今天(是)几月几号？
You may also hear 今天(是)多少号？ But that is a slang and we don't say that often.
The authentic one is shorter: 今天几号？
Because one month lasts around 30 days. lt's stable. We may just ask about the date(几号）.
