First of all, yes he may be using a prerecorded track, but I have seen him perform in the last few years, twice. Both shows were very close- but he IS singing. Are we seeing everything 100% live, no. But it's very rare anyway these days. Roger Waters, Coldplay, Frankie- you name it. These guys use the tracks to enhance the show. Personally, I'd rather go enjoy the songs and the music for some of these artists that are growing old. Examples of musicians that still sing live- Neil Young, the Stones and Brian Wilson. Music is always changling and we should embrace this old stuff while we can. I'm pretty sure they don't like growing old, either.

Hes getting old. Of course he probably does because hes 81, for crying out loud give the man a freaking break. Hes not going to be 100%. After being on the road night after night for many years and growing old. No one can sing like he did for that long. If its a scam to you than dont go to his shows but this is the mans life and what he has left. You try going and doing the years on the road and being as successful as he was. Being an artist myself that writes and performs everything raw. I can tell you most of your big name artist and overly mediatized bands and singers are using auto tune and backing tracks and many of them are doing lip synchronization. Its very much apart of the business now. Not many people can do the real deal these days.
And what a great experience seeing him up on that stage and being in a room full of people all singing and dancing along to his genius. It's a great show either way, entertainment is all about smoke and mirrors, suspend the belief.

This is an ultra easy song to sing for anyone who sings - especially the guy who sang the song. Comparing multi concert recordings that have numerous differences is idiodic. Its very very obvious when someone is lip synching. The only he lip synched was for mini TV performances. Yes, at 81, he can still sing this very very simple song.
Plese for the love of god, try comparing any singer over the years doing live vocals on the same song. The only time you will ever find it as close as this, is when it's pitch corrected. These are facts.
I fail to understand the point of your thread. I've attended several dozen Frankie Valli & The Four Seasons shows, most recently this past weekend in Durham, NC and Charlotte, NC, and I can say with affirmative conviction that Frankie is singing -- it ain't lip syncing. I sat in the front row both shows, not 10 feet from Frankie. The shows are great. The venues are packed. If you don't like him, then don't go, and someone that wants to go can fill your seat.
Did you watch it? Pretty self explanatory. You paid to sit 10 feet from a guy miming to a vocal track. The same track that's on this video which is YEARS old. your conviction or whatever means nothing. Let me look up those NC shows and it'll be the same vocal track.
@williamharris3521 No singer sounds at almost 90 years of age the way they did 30 years ago. It’s nothing against Frankie. It’s just a fact and part of aging. I saw him in Austin probably 7 years ago and he was lip syncing then. If people want to believe he’s still actually singing that’s ok but they are paying to watch a music legend in person just standing on a stage moving his lips.
@williamharris3521 Sure you sat in the front row, BS. Your using that as your excuse to defend his non-lip singing. I seen him last night at Mohegan Sun and from the very first time he tried to open his mouth you knew he was lip syncing.
I think that pointing out when somebody is advertising a live show, in which the star of the event is not singing live, proving it with evidence, is very constructive.

@The_Original_Alex_Channel I'd actually say 2005 or 2006...at least on some songs. My Eyes Adored You was mostly live during that time or at least using a different track than what is used now because it's clearly different in his 2005 Las Vegas residency. Same with Can't Take My Eyes Off Of You. Up until 2020, I'd say the shows were closer to 70% lip synced. Now? Close to 100%. Still want to see him at least one more time before he passes though.
Doesn't really matter. He puts a great show on their great performers. What's the big deal? Why don't you go attack? Those rappers singing all that dirty filthy language and start a picking on a 89-year-old man.I've seen this concert several times I thoroughly enjoy it.Go find a rapper to pick on
Erm ............ what?
He puts on a great show? You serious? He’s shuffling around like Frankenstein, barely even moving his mouth. He looks like he barely knows where he is lol.
I love when old people always bring it to “rappers”, and then describe the most cartoonish stereotype that hasn’t been a thing since like 1993 lol.
My goodness why is it that you have to analyze Frankie Valli’s voice ? IT’s redicoulos😃
Yet you took the time to watch and comment
Yeah still he is the one who is singing. Those are on those previous shows! Now that he is aged I think it’s fine he lip syncing !
@@rosarioreside3327If Frankie made it clear that he's miming that's a different story. But he's selling tickets implying it's a live vocal. That's immoral.
@@rosarioreside3327 Would you pay $300 to watch him blatantly lip sync
ruclips.net/video/hUKLeWiWY8M/видео.html at :52 his mic is on and it's awful.
I saw him perform last night in San Jose. I was in the 9th row center. It was very obvious it was lipsync. He was short of breath when he was talking to the crowd.
I think he's doing a wonderful job he's almost 84 years old give him a big break thank you
@@ispin4u295 So how many times is this going to be copied and pasted?
Okay then if he was short of breath then he was singing Duh!
@@budmangt2 No, he's out of breath, because he's old as dirt!
I really don't get this, everybody's doing it so why does it matter argument. If everybody was smearing poop on their faces, I'd still say that was a bad thing.
@@PikoJoe this comment aged real bad lol
I felt cheated after seeing him last year in Phoenix
King of Lip
Thanks for posting this. I really wanted to see him, but this is beyond disappointing. To think that he’s stayed with this formula this long is crazy.
Yeah it is disappointing. But honestly I would still see him either way. He's a living legend and honestly that's enough
@@The_Original_Alex_Channel Yes, I am seeing him. I ended up getting tickets anyways. It obviously won’t be as special, but you are definitely right. I think in the end, he’s doing these concerts still for the fans. He doesn’t need the money.
@@cxmgaming That is exactly correct!!!
My wife and I saw him at Pachanga a year ago.
He isn't lip syncing.
This guy is a dignified and very talented performer.
The whole show is a tremendous and powerful performance by Frankie and the whole crew.
I wish I could go again.
@LAMB53087. You have no clue what you are talking about and must be senile to make a ridiculous statement like that.
Hate to break it to you he is lyp synced check your sources
"He's 81"
Considering Paul McCartney is 81 and hasn't resorted to lip synching and still sounds actually pretty good...this comment didn't age well. Even worse when you consider Ringo Starr is 83 and sounds even better than Paul.
As of 2024 It gets worse
There are subtle differences in the 2008+ versions. He found an arrangement of the song he liked and he stuck with it. Simple as that.
Great video, it is amazing each concert is exactly the same music. Ripping people off.
+William Scott Again, there are subtle differences in his vocals. Do you honestly expect each performance to have a different arrangement for all the songs?
Your voice and words will not come out exactly the same way and every time.
William Scott And it's not exactly the same.
+Connor Terrell he lip syncs. it's very obvious. At the last show I went to he started talking after 'Grease' and then realized his mic was off!
Leave him alone, he doesn’t deserve to be picked on by some low lives that have nothing better to do, Frankie isn’t lip syncing at all, grow up and show some respect for a legend...
This and other videos prove that he is literally miming vocals. This isn't fake news, Boomer
Yes he is. And no.
Frankie is not lip syncing
A real substantive comment.... yes he clearly is
@@mikem.3308 Yes he is clearly Singing
@@budmangt2 specifically how? I synced up multiple tracks over a 10-year span, it clearly shows him miming the words. What evidence can you present?
@@mikem.3308 la evidencia está en que el es una estrella y tú un pobre diablo...je...das risa con tus dizque pruebas....si fuera el mismo track haría flanger y se escucha diferente...pura envidia
@@budmangt2 not quite... ruclips.net/video/l9ui2hRriDs/видео.html
You're saying it's easy to sing a song the exact precise way over 10 years? When overlaid you can't hear any discernible difference? Haha, ok
This vid shows it all ruclips.net/video/l9ui2hRriDs/видео.html
God you need sectioning if you’re that easily fooled. He’s been lip syncing for years
@@williamharris3521 you check out tiktok? Lots of lip syncing vids. He barely moves his mouth!!
so autotuned the new lipsync its ridiculous
You need to get a real life. Do something constructive.
I think that pointing out when somebody is advertising a live show, in which the star of the event is not singing live, proving it with evidence, is very constructive.
Care to elaborate?
@@Hal9000ize If you insist. Yes. If I'm paying to hear a singer, I kind of want them to ................. SING!
@@PeterCamberwick oh no I mean Francis
I do hear major differences
Where? What differences do you hear?
Yes, i do too..the man has been singing the same song for years so he has to be on cue with the band and his singers because they sound the same. that would mean the band would be recorded
@@budmangt2No. The band plays live using the exact same arrangement at every gig and a click track (metronome click in their in-ear monitors).
@jimruane8381 and 8 years later there's still no difference lol
Why don't they understand? It's just a crying shame.
Their lips are lying, only real is real
We stop the fight right now we got to be what we feel

Listen to some of the sound checks!!! There is NO prerecorded track!!! facebook.com/officialTMG/videos/923889727716101/
uh, he's just standing there. he's not singing....
Mike M. If he's using a prerecorded track they would have to check it during sound checks! Also I have had the opportunity to speak with someone in the band who swears Frank as they call him is singing period.
MORE PROOF THAT HE LIP SYNCS HIS SONGS
William Scott
Type in Frankie Valli Lip Sync in a Goggle search, and also the same on you tube and there are videos showing over the last 8 years that they can play 3 different concerts at the same time together and they all mesh together perfectly.
He probably wasn't lip syncing
He definitely was.
