Tracy Z Well I mean Fergie’s solo album has some great vocals that aren’t auto tuned. I just like to assume that many of them have off days like the rest of us.
I don't mind if they lip sync as long as they entertain. If they're dancing everywhere, that's fun. They're doing what the audience is likely doing. If it's a slow ballad, then lip syncing is a no-no.
usually slow ballads are more vocally demanding and when youre constantly performing night after night and doing promo for an album lip syncing is a must in order to preserve your voice and properly take care of it
You clearly dont understand the vocal demand of such hard songs for singers to sing for years while touring non stop almost every single year. It can really harm your voice.
its not that singers cant sing them live. they choose not to or choose to use playbacks to assist their voice due to such demand while touring . Even singers who dont have vocally demanding songs use playbacks its the industry norm.
A Boy Has No Name She sounds decent, but she's not as good as most singers who don't have the fame she does. Heck, I can even hit a note more than her on a good day. But she has health issues, so we don't know how she feels day to day. I have heart issues, so I can relate.
Sorry to be that guy, but actually, in Nirvana's case, the vocals were live, but the instruments were the studio tracks. So, I guess reverse lip syncing.
I know this is an unpopular opinion, but personally I never minded lip syncing as long as the artist is dancing like mad and putting on a show because at least it’s entertainment. I don’t however appreciate lip syncing if they just stand there bobbing their head.
I could just stay home and listen to the damn song on Spotify to a video of MJ dancing then, if that were the case. why the shit would I pay out my ass for a prerecorded studio version, then stand in a loud ass crowd, risking a flue outbreak or whatever, just to see someone hobble around the stage a bit? I pay to watch my favorite artists belt out their songs with passion and presence. I didn't come to see Johny Whogivesashit dance for hours on end.
When heavy dancing is involved, lip-synching is NEEDED because it will strain their vocals way too much. People don’t want to ruin their careers because they wanted to sing live while breakdancing and do that concert after concert. This is why you see a lot of kpop stars lip-synch. They are entertainers first and singers second
I'd prefer these concerts to be labeled as a dance choreography instead as I'm not there to watch people dance out some shit, I'm there for the kickass music and (unpopular opinion) musicians. It's fun when a computer doesnt do the work for the "musicians" putting on a "show"
KyllieJay 46 They made those rules because if they had some guy who sounded horrible or couldn’t sing then it wouldn’t mess up the show. With the rules nobody had to worry if the singer could sing or not
furvius our god That’s what I thought. Multiple artists have done the same when they are forced to lip sync. Freddie always sang live no matter what. Even when Queen played at Live Aid, Freddie apparently was told by His doctor that He shouldn’t perform because He was having problems with His voice at the time and it could’ve caused more damage. So what did Freddie do? You can probably guess... ;)
The point still stands, he was lip sync. Not really a problem since it’s understandable why many artist do it, but this video used that footage to illustrate its point quite well.
Ares90210 They made this video and they should put in clips that are actually bad. When you make a video like this you know who your adding and you should, but you don’t have to. But should know the reason.
Lip syncing does not automatically make an artist bad or untalented. Some people just don't have the endurance to dance/move around the stage while also providing difficult high notes
Well some people don’t have the money to waste to go see a “singer” move their lips to a prerecorded audio. If they don’t have the endurance or skill to sing live then they shouldn’t be famous.
1:30... Okay... why would usher need to "pretend" to sing when he was purposely trying to perform a dance break/routine in that segment? Singers often times don't sing choruses as a way to slip in some choreography, gives a more entertaining performance.
JoJo A to add to this, singers gets sore throat too. They are only human, sure it might be disappointing and sad if you go to see them live and they lip sync but they are out there still performing.
This is why I appreciate Broadway singers so much. They can go from a tap sequence to belting in seconds and you can actually hear them control their breathing. Can't lip sync because they have to continuously adapt to minor changes in the performance every night Years of training I guess
Same!! Broadway stars are soo amazing. There was this one show that sadly closed early it was called Groundhog Day and they danced/moved around and sang so much and it was incredible.
i wish more broadway singers had success in mainstream music, they could show how the lip syncing pop singers how its done. (exceptions are beyonce and a few others with powerful live vocals lol). i believe ariana was on broadway as a preteen which prob trained her for the live performances shes puts on today
I think mj is the only star who has a reason to lip sync because he danced non stop when live. I think it's crazy especially in the 80s and early 90s when he would perform 2 hour long shows and he wouldn't lip sync a single song through out the concert it was only in the late 90s where he began to lip sync more often which is understandable because at that point he'd been performing for over 30 years and was reaching his 40's and I don't think many people would be able to sing and dance for 2 hours without collapsing half way through especially at the age of 40+
Toby Mars ya I think he lop synced cuz he actually had medical reasons. Certainly wasn't 100% lip synced tho. Idk y they act like he was notorious for lip syncing
He had en excuse. Michael Jackson had a health problem that if he sang for too long his vocal chord blood vessel would break or something. He states it in his autobiography, 'Moonwalk'
That’s true, especially MJ not only does he dance but his adrenaline and energy when dancing (and he dances ALL THE TIEM) is like always over the top and that’s so tiring.
That was what I was bout to say for Usher, when he drops singing he starts dancing. I don't know about this particular clip but sometimes they time that out for dance breaks. Where it's just partially real singing and partially lip-synch. I can imagine really energetic dancing makes you pretty damn winded lol some genres aren't into rough sounds like growls and screams. Imagine Usher dancing hard while singing and then the next verse is him huffing and puffing with a scratchy voice. 😂😂
for everyone asking, there's a difference between lip-syncing and pre-recording. pre recording is when you sing right before the concert, so if you have hard choreographies, it's easier to use the pre-recorded audio, because it still sounds live. lip-syncing is when you take the original audio and do nothing but move your lips. sometimes, it's okay to lip sync.
It's still considered as lip syncing but I don't really think it's that bad because sometimes, too much actual live performances can hurt your vocal cords.
1:00 one of the greatest exceptions from this is Lorde. She always dances with so much intensity and passion when she sings (and she not only actually sings but kills it every single time!)
And Brendon Urie! He does BACKFLIPS on stage, and forces out extremely high notes, and he still puts on a great performance. I am proud of Lorde being from NZ!
@@Minali-zm3ik sometimes. A lot of times they don't cause they are taught to dance and sing at the same time. There us evidence supporting that. But I doubt they don't lip sync 100% of the time. It also depends on the group
I feel like lip syncing isn't bad. Like, the Usher thing. Some lip syncing is used so you can give more engaging dance performances. Lip syncing isn't inherently bad, it's all centered on if the person uses it as a crutch. Same thing with the Queen suggestion. I don't think it was bad because of the energy and total nonchalant attitude that Freddie Mercury was giving off. It's all about the reason for lip syncing. Is it a crutch because you can't sing live? Ehhh probably bad. Is it to give a fuller, all around performance? Then it's more acceptable and even cool, relating it back to Usher.
Its maddening when they try to pass it off as live. At least Usher had the decency to just let the backtrack play without him "singing" through it and instead, showcased his dancing. If an artist is going on stage to just dance, then don't even take the mic with you and showcase the dance. If you do a mixed live, then don't claim the backtrack to pass it off as live singing when you aren't. Audiences love legitimacy and having the artist show "this is me singing" and "this is me damcing" and "this is my skill in singing and dancing at the same time" is what makes live performances great. But having the artist pretend to be doing something they aren't makes the money we spent in support of said artist feel wasted.
Annabel Summer In some events the producers or whatever are too scared of curse words or other unwanted issues. It makes it easier to control the event
Honestly, I don't know what's so wrong with lip-sync. Nobody would be able to sing for hours, generally while dancing at least a little, for multiple days in a row. The work is already exhausting enough and if artists tried to sing everything they wouldn't even have vocal cords left at the end of a show and would certainly not be able to go on tours.
If I want to see someone live ( and pay) then I want them to perform live. If they are going to lip-synch then I would just stay home and listen to the Cd. There is a credibility issue when someone lip-synch's during a so-called live performance. It means they likely are just a studio creation and not as talented as those who can see live and sound just as good or better then the studio performance.
Mainah Gruau what's wrong about lyp-syncing? I don't know, maybe the fact that people are paying a lot of money to see them live, and all they can offer is faking it??
@lilac Girl this comment had nothing to do with death , MJ died and everybody knows , they were stating that *if* he was alive they would pay to see him
Sometimes they have no choice. They’re dancing, or have a sore throat. Edit: thank you for the likes, people!!!!👍🏻♥️ I realize those aren’t good reasons You shouldn’t lie to your fans, They came to see you *SING* not lip sync
Yup. If a singer so much as gets a cold (quite easy on tour), they’re out of commission. Meanwhile a show planned months in advance with millions of dollars invested can’t simply be cancelled without a huge loss. So they lip sync through it... the show must go on. ...but then there’s those artists who are entirely studio produced and couldn’t sing a live song to save their life..
For all delusional kpop fans: Kpop idols lip sync too! They sing to backing track and focus on choreography When they are rookies and/or are having important first time showcases during promotions they will most likely lip sync. Whether they want to or need to. Their agency’s can force them to make sure the idols’ conditions are good and so that the performance is the best it could possibly be I’d rather have them lip sync than hurt their voices and faint due to exhaustion How about you?
Idols are trained not to lip sync. They will have a pre recording which is lip sync and then they perform it live. Please do the research before calling people delusional.
They have a background track for when the dancing is being highlighted or if it is a hard part to sing because of the dancing. But you don’t see very many groups actually lip syncing
Kpop idols they don't lipsync since it is too easy to be spotted out. They have a method of using live MR, which is music with part of their vocal. They sing, but not 100%, some songs will be 90-ish, the others are about 60%. You can see it clearly on GD live concert, the Middle Fingers Up performance, he didn't rap much, and even let the chorus be a playback.
No, he does not ... did not.... have the "right" to rip off people that spend their hard-earned money to see his show. Actually I should say he has no more right than anyone else. if you're going to say it's okay for Michael Jackson to lip sync then you're also saying it's okay for Britney Spears to lip sync. He was not special he was not a God he was just an Entertainer like all the others
If not lip syncing meant that he couldn't go all out on his dancing. I'd rather he lip sync. It's not ripping people off. Like you said, he was an entertainer like all the others. If the song has intense dancing, everyone has the right to lip sync.
Jackson Jackpot most of the examples used here are talented either way. They still lip-sync on occasion for whatever reason. Video is just highlighting how to tell when singers are and when they aren't, not discrediting their talent.
chantoya17 this is true but Michael was debatably the most talented overall artist here. He only lip synced when he was dancing hard (he had lupus and vitiligo that kept him back, just as Mariah has nodules) but he sang & danced live when he could.
While there is no denying that Michael was extremely talented but as he got older, he was getting sicker which made it harder to sing and dance as much as he did when he was younger.
Crowley deserved better agreed, but if you see the This Is It rehearsals, before he died, singing Human Nature.... this 50 year old man sounded the same as he did at 20! That sounded even better than his 1988 Wembley Stadium Human Nature performance which is one of my favorite performances from any artist of all time! The man didn't need lip sync, even though he needed to use it later in his career to keep his performance up. like you and i both said, he got sicker (lupus, vitiligo) so yeah.
It depends on the performance. A lot of the times they'll have their own vocals present but still have mics on so you can hear their voices during the parts where they are centered
Most of the time it’s live mostly depending on the artist, mamamoo never lipsyncs (with some exceptions ) itzy does quite a bit (no hate to them I’m a midzy)
yall in the comments section saying kpop artists dnt lipsync..yall r living in a delusion or are new fans..every kpop artist has lip synced with prerecorded vocals-theyre usually forced to by the companies [in order to protect their voice or put on the best stage]. but there r some kpop artists which lipsync less than others do. a lot of the mr removed videos u see are mr removed of vocals that were prerecorded before the live stage and they’re lip syncing to it. but there r some artists who sing well live like mamamoo and shinee. but theyve all lipsynced before, please dnt be a delusional fan and put ur idols on this unrealistic pedestal.
Jaco really! I just find it so delusional to see so many kpop fans actually believe their faves are always singing live when they’re doing flips in the air lol. The actual live performances u can tell and they’re usually very breathless (like some of the mama performances) and it’s just so obvious.. the other ones are clearly prerecorded and they just edit in a few breathy noises to make it seem like they sing live.. but new kpop fans just idolize their faves unrealistically and it’s just embarrassing to see bc it isn’t the truth lol. I mean even Beyoncé has lip synced before and she’s the queen of vocals, it’s just bound to happen in the music industry bc of complex choreo, not feeling well, etc
Thank u so much for saying that I'm tired of people always saying oh my favorite band doesn't lip sync and all that stuff, like every idol lipsyncs no matter what, the only time they dont lypsync is in concerts mostly
The Mariah part gets me because Vision of Love is the only song she never lip-syncs and We Belong Together she always does lmao. She usually lips for tv appearances but in concert she sings most of it live
Mariah partially lips her popular songs like Hero, My All, Always be my baby, We belong together to say the least. As award shows allow artists to lip sync or with a backtrack. And she has been singing along the track in and sometimes perform her popular songs live louder than the backtrack. But you'll see her lips or use backtrack to Vision of Love, Make it happen, Forever, Vanishing, I'll be there, If It's Over to say the least.
@@Patrick-gq1mv mariah even in her WORST day.. she never even lipped Vision Of Love... search for any video of it you'd never find it cause she respect that song so much since its her first song thats why she never lipped it even if her vocal is at worst
Yeah lip syncing isn’t a bother if someone is dancing all over the stage like MJ or even usher and Chris brown( not fans of the last 2) if however it’s a singer who isn’t a dancer or anything I’d find it disappointing I wouldn’t wanna go to a Judas Priest or iron maiden show and see rob halford or Bruce Lip syncing.
This would've actually been stupid because whitney maybe lip synced 1-2x max over her entire career and still managed to outsing every other living vocalist
1:00 and that is why directioners know that The lads don't lip sync Cause they can't dance to save their lives maybe exept now they can but definitely not together
Keep in mind, some artists companies make them lip sync. Most artists need to be able to sing live because if their mic stops working, or the music stops, they will be exposed. Artists also usually need to be able to dance consistantly while having a powerful vocal/rap. Most long time artists (5+ years in the music industry) have mastered these skills, so they are able to keep the show going even if the music stops. Another way of spotting lip syncing is to look at their vocal range and ask yourself if that high note is too much for them to do naturally.
A lot of people simply refuse to accept it too though. If you go on a Britney video and say she's miming everyone will viciously attack you denying it.
I don't think using a backing track for chorus vocals is the bad because if he wants to interact with and you can tailthat he's not singing the chorus but he singing the lines I mean the the verses and a lot of singers do it so what's the problem with it
Live sound guy here, this is actually a much more complicated (and much more interesting) issue than most people think. I'll contest the point about moving the mic around without affecting levels (to an extent). We use dynamic tools that help balance out those differences automatically, even when it really is live. There is some room for movement that won't affect the audio. It's also not uncommon to use a "safety track," particularly in high-risk environments like high-profile broadcasts and events or large venues. In these systems, the singer can decide in realtime whether to do it live, or let the pre-recorded track take over. Anytime there is a level on their mic, the mic is live, if for any reason, sound stops coming from their mic, the safety track takes over. That said, the safety track can kick in for a number of reasons. It could be that the singer was winded or just isn't feeling the high note that night (if they start singing again immediately after, then their mic overrides the safety track again), they can stop singing momentarily and do what they need to do, and be covered. But it can also happen if they drop the mic too early, or if the mic stops working. Sometimes, when you catch a singer with their mic down, it could be that every other note of the song was performed live, but because they dropped early, you heard the safety track come through.
Everyone uses playback and there’s absolutely nothing wrong with that. We can’t expect the artist to sing the verses and also the chorus cuz they usually dance during the chorus. So they let the playback play during the chorus cuz their hands are busy with the choreography. That usher clip wasn’t lip syncing cuz he wasn’t pretending to sing the chorus.
It’s understandable because the dude uses so much energy while performing his adrenaline is so high to the point that some said that the backup dancers can’t keep up with his adrenaline. He dances ALL THE TIME even if the song has no choreo or he’s just standing he still dances so it’s understandable if he uses playback or lip syncs but he still sing some parts live tho so it’s really not all lip sync... i mean that’s so tiring
SwanQueen because most artists nowadays are performers. E.g. Beyonce & Michael Jackson are known mostly for their incredible performances instead of their vocals.
The shoes belong to the antis I chased down * joins your thinking because they trained for years and somehow aren't more recognized even though they're completely capable of singing and dancing complex choreographies at the same time *
Watch any Michael Jackson show to understand why it's totally ok to not sing live. Also up to the Bad Tour all his tour performances were 100% live. Some are talentless but defenitly not MJ.
If a singer is doing a big dance routine often they don’t even lip sync they just dance with the song playing in the background. It’s not as big of a deal with singers like Beyoncé because they have proven time after time they can sing, but sometimes choose to devote more time to the dancing aspect
Zachary Garipoll but people do pay a lot of money to see them sing not dance. Last year my friends attended jb concert and they were upset when they came to know that the person on whom they have spend bulk of money was lip syncing. Its not cool. Its because of the fans that you are doing there where you are. These musicians must show some respect to them. From that day I have decided not to attend any concert other than #enriqueiglesiasconcert
mihir vedpathak That may be the case with the JB concert and i feel bad for your friend especially if it was overdone and not covered well. But people dont just go to see artist sing unless its an artist like Adele. But if their seeing a performer like JB as he dances they are also there for the performance, the visuals, the spectacle... And i love enrique but he does a lot of dancing so im sure he uses a backtrack or lipsyncs during the chorus and that's fine cause the rest is live and hes a performer.
For everyone saying lip-synching is bad, I'll state my opinion. Lip-synching is not bad. I mean sure they're singers and their job is supposed to sing. But considering that they (depending on their popularity) have to perform in concerts and in TV, the singers will most likely not have stamina to sing all of the songs they are supposed to sing live without sounding like pterodactyl. If you don't understand this, I'm basically saying Would you prefer to hear one of your favourite songs from a talented artist sing it like a pterodactyl? I'd personally say that lip-synching to a pre-recording is a little better than trying to lip-synch to the studio version since they're not recycling vocals in a way Btw I'm only talking about artist that goes on tours/concert every 10 seconds.
It's bad if they never even come close to the studio version even once Live. It's actually not that bad with many vocalists before since most people heard them on radio or recorded media. These day's vocalist compete with each other, they get discovered by new fans through seeing them perform something live that blows people away. If the rise to fame is pure talent, once in a generation, once in a lifetime voice and they can't replicate it live even once, that's pure deception.
Yes you said it right!!!!, Lip syncing is bad for singer who are unable to sing live( ie doesn't have great vocals or totally dependent on autotune,) But for the singers who have great vocals, (Like Freddie Mercury and Michael Jackson) it's okay to lip sync
0:58 actually that Celine performance (These Are Special Times Special CD realease, 1998) IS playback, she sung the same The Power Of Love version for years, cleverly, is not the CD version, rather than a new track, used in concerts, there is a video where you can see her using the same track for years, even as far as 2007

Lemonchipseaa 23 the majority of kpop and jpop is lipsynced (especially idol groups) but most of the time you can tell when they're singing live vs backtrack
Mariah has given us countless flawless live performances and been in the music game for nearly 30 years, she's earned that right to lip sync she has nothing left to prove. Though I can't say the same for the new generation of singers😶
Brendon Urie definately doesnt lip sync. I went to one of his concerts and he sometimes talks in the middle of his songs. And he has actual people playing live string instruments, bass guitar, electric guitar, and drums.
Gage Quinn I’m pretty sure his live performances are usually live. I haven’t seen all live performances (obviously) so I can’t for sure say that he has never ever lip-synced but the ones I’ve seen sound different from the studio version. Mostly because changes the melody up a little, adds some extra high notes or changes the lyrics.
What I love is in the case of BTS, they dance hardcore whilst singing but you can tell they are singing live. In some cases you can hear the breath, hard 'p' and 'b' sounds, as well as occasionally they will be a bit off the note (it's normal and not a criticism). But also, when they were trainees they had to sing whilst running on a treadmill until they could sing smoothly. That - my friends - is dedication.
It's super easy to tell: if it's perfect then it's lip-synced. Even the most talented musicians require several takes to get a song done in the studio. So if some hack singer nails it in every liver performance, they are lip-syncing.
There is only one person that i know for sure has never lip synced. And that is Brendon Urie, the only reason i know is because every time he performs it it is different. He always does those random high notes that makes everyone scream😂
Artists are often forced to lip sync televised performances, especially if they are broadcasted live, because they want their shows to sound "perfect" and they want to make sure the artists can't say anything that will get the producers in trouble. Record labels can force their artists to go onto these shows against their will if they have signed a contract. Freddie Mercury was furious that he was forced to lip sync so he sang the entire song holding his microphone behind his head in protest. There are a few artists who do sing live nowadays however their performances are "fixed" during post production before being aired. That can make it look like they weren't actually singing live which is why you can't always go by their mouths not being in sync. The best way to determine if a performance was really performed live is to look for a fan cam recording.
i would be so paranoid to lip-sync if i was a singer! being caught is mortifying lol

@@DalionHeartTTV MJ did sing live in his shows, he lyp synched only in the moments when you must lyp synch because of all his crazy dancing moves

furvius our god That’s what I thought.

Idk y they act like he was notorious for lip syncing

for everyone asking, there's a difference between lip-syncing and pre-recording. pre recording is when you sing right before the concert, so if you have hard choreographies, it's easier to use the pre-recorded audio, because it still sounds live. lip-syncing is when you take the original audio and do nothing but move your lips. sometimes, it's okay to lip sync.

Rachel Lee if you paid to see someone sing you’re gonna be disappointed if their not singing at all
Rachel Lee It is if you pay 300 to see and listen to a singer but they just lip sync it's a waste of money.
If you want to dance dont sing at all
Its maddening when they try to pass it off as live.

There have been few who have been able to accomplish it
That is true for current artists but many artis from the 1960's thru 1980's were legit and showed it in live performances.

Artists also should know their vocal range and stick to it, so when they do play live they don't injure their voice

I don't think using a backing track for chorus vocals is the bad because if he wants to interact with and you can tailthat he's not singing the chorus but he singing the lines I mean the the verses and a lot of singers do it so what's the problem with it
Agreed, I will cut some slack when it comes to that.
Look at the taylor swift tour, doing 44 songs a night 3 nights in a row there's no way in hell she's singing those.

Everyone uses playback and there’s absolutely nothing wrong with that. We can’t expect the artist to sing the verses and also the chorus cuz they usually dance during the chorus. He dances ALL THE TIME even if the song has no choreo or he’s just standing he still dances so it’s understandable if he uses playback or lip syncs but he still sing some parts live tho so it’s really not all lip sync... i mean that’s so tiring
@@gradybaby_kv it’s understandable for Michael but y’all don’t extend that understanding to other performers

idc if an artist is lip-syncing if they are delivering a flawless performance, we can't ask for everything, they either sing or dance, can't have both
bia berg why lip sync in the first place then? they should be transparent at least and just dance instead of pretending to sing AND dance0
SwanQueen because most artists nowadays are performers. E.g. Beyonce & Michael Jackson are known mostly for their incredible performances instead of their vocals.
they are only making all of this money bc ppl pay, if you disagree with this, then no longer buy their stuff/go to their concerts
bia berg * thinks about all the Kpop idols training for years to learn how to sing live and dance like hell*

Ooof
If a singer is doing a big dance routine often they don’t even lip sync they just dance with the song playing in the background. It’s not as big of a deal with singers like Beyoncé because they have proven time after time they can sing, but sometimes choose to devote more time to the dancing aspect
Zachary Garipoli yeah. Beyonce, Mariah, MICHAEL JACKSON, FREDDIE MERCURY....nothing to prove anymore 💞💞
I'd personally say that lip-synching to a pre-recording is a little better than trying to lip-synch to the studio version since they're not recycling vocals in a way
Btw I'm only talking about artist that goes on tours/concert every 10 seconds.
SinBin ' I don’t like it. unless they are doing something entertaining like dancing or tricks, I don’t care
Yes you said it right!!!!,
Lip syncing is bad for singer who are unable to sing live( ie doesn't have great vocals or totally dependent on autotune,)
But for the singers who have great vocals, (Like Freddie Mercury and Michael Jackson) it's okay to lip sync
FACTS ONLY!
THE FANS AND THE AUDIENCES ARE JUST DEMANDING, AND IT IS BAD FOR THE HEALTH OF YOUR VOICE.
0:58 actually that Celine performance (These Are Special Times Special CD realease, 1998) IS playback, she sung the same The Power Of Love version for years, cleverly, is not the CD version, rather than a new track, used in concerts, there is a video where you can see her using the same track for years, even as far as 2007
misled1982 she has perfected the act of lipsynching
misled1982 The video didn't even touch on pre-recorded vocals and singing on an off mic.
Totally. These guys has no clue. Some people like Celike or Beyonce are perfections, they even move theiw jaw to look more valid.

Freddie was actually forced to lip sync with the record he was signed with but when he left that record he started signing live

And that's why He is The Freaking King Of Pop! even lip-syncing he is(was) great!
Really. You could have used literally ANY OF Britney's performance and you had to choose that one. I'm done
Randoman it’s iconic obviously she was going use that one
Mariah has given us countless flawless live performances and been in the music game for nearly 30 years, she's earned that right to lip sync she has nothing left to prove. Though I can't say the same for the new generation of singers😶
Earned the right to lip-sink? Did I seriously just read that?
Alois Trancy yes you did.
If she has nothing left to prove then maybe she should stop performing.
Alois Trancy she doesn't have to if she don't want to, as regular paying fan I don't have a problem
That's cool then, Lip-sinking just rubs me the wrong way but if others are okay with it then who am i to judge.
Brendon Urie definately doesnt lip sync. I went to one of his concerts and he sometimes talks in the middle of his songs. And he has actual people playing live string instruments, bass guitar, electric guitar, and drums.
None of that means he isn't lip syncing. Sometimes singers lip sync parts that are difficult to do on stage
Jeremy not true. I’ve seen Adele and Mariah sing a song live that sounded exactly like the studio version
I have heard Michael Jackson and Freddie Mercury sound better live than their actual CDS
Did y’all notice he said “hack singer”? So someone that’s not known for their vocal ability
what about brendon urie??
“Liver performance”
1:56 there are some artists who eat CDs....

sequin star Jin in epiphany during the whole LY world tour
What???
There is only one person that i know for sure has never lip synced. And that is Brendon Urie, the only reason i know is because every time he performs it it is different. He always does those random high notes that makes everyone scream😂
I agree
Grace Hansen umm lady Gaga...
Lady gaga sometimes lip sync, what are you talking about?
UncleDan Yes but everyone does, even Brandon Urie. Just some singers do it less than others
Im a big fan of Brandon and I watch most of his LIVE Concert video.. show me 1 of them which he lip synced. Then come back here.
