I have no idea but I think they said end April they will start shipping my order out . To be honest little frustrated how long it's taking but they did have delays bc covid

@@kazuhiramiller2121 it is a possibility because I have seen some Android phones running Windows but not sure about technical details.

the device is Sper Great..i have the odin lite..only Problem i have is that i cannot add storage to it...i have 8gb at 128 max...i bought a 356gb Sd card ...so now it will not work -fustrated dont know what to do or which way to go with it to fix the problem
How do you get rid of the on screen controls after you map the buttons? I don’t have mine yet but I heard that was an issue.
Depend on the emulator you're using. Pretty much all of them have option to toggle it off.
Only watching because I heard the Loki version with AMD APU's are going to be the same width/height and possibly thicker with a bigger battery. So this gives me a good idea of what I will be getting because I plan to buy the Loki (maybe Loki Max, haven't decided yet).
It should be very similar indeed. I placed an order for the Loki Max and the Loki Mini Pro. I wanna make videos about both.
@@RetroOasis I emailed AYN. The Loki systems are running 15w (low end of ryzen cpu's) and dual channel ram

I am not too concerned about ps1 games I know they will ruin flawlessly or 64 games. I am just more concerned about the heavier games.

Did anyone buy the Ayn Odin Pro and got it already? How does it feel?
I got the Anbernic R351P last year as a starting-beginners-device for retro gaming.
I started emulating PS3, Wii and GC-games on my macbook lol, but I‘d prefer to play those games on a dedicated handheld… is the Odin Pro‘s power sufficient for GC and Wii-gaming? Or should I rather opt for the Steam-Deck? 🤔
Like Nintendo Switch. can play some games through PS2.
I’m gnna put this energy out there lol. But now that handhelds are emulating better and better. We are going to need more than one sd card slot. Bc once we get ps3 and Xbox emulation working great on handhelds. We are going to need so much storage to fit all the retro games and some. Sd cards are going to be too expensive when they reach 2tb or 3tb, but many of the lower sd cards go on sale so we have like 3 slots we can fit 512,400, and 1tb in there. That’s plenty of storage for android games and roms. Just a thought

It's still available on Indiegogo. I'd say the shipping time is around a month.

This is a great device if you are into Android gaming or emulating older platforms but I feel with the Steam Deck on the market, that's a much better device that can emulate the same games plus many more being as it's more powerful, it can also play Android games just like a PC can and when you throw in that it's a full-blown PC that can play a lot of PC games, it feels to me that it's an all around better device.
With that said, it's not as easy to get hold of the Steam Deck yet and then there is the battery life but to be fair, emulating a lot of the older platforms on it will give great battery life.
I think the major selling point of the Steam Deck over this is that this uses Android which I'm not a fan off compared to the Steam Deck which is SteamOS Linux or Windows if you prefer which either one blows Android out of the water for me.

not MUCH cheaper considering deck is about 100 more after taxes I have both though, having a nice smaller device is really great @@hawshimagical
i really wanted to buy the pro i did, but i found the odin base did everything this did its literally just more ram thats gonna be a bit hard to use seeing as most of these apps never run the system past 4 gigs of ram, also the lite is gonna be even cheaper.
I have the RG505 and it can run PS2 and GameCube with no problems

Passei tanto tempo a mexer com outros portáteis enquanto esperava pelo Odin que, neste momento, não posso ser incomodado, pois só preciso de uma pausa de toda esta cena. É triste porque agora que finalmente tenho um portátil capaz de fazer mais, chegou numa altura em que o meu interesse por portáteis retro está a diminuir. Tenho o Odin na terça-feira e mal lhe toquei. Ainda nem o tramou.
Deixa ele de lado por um tempo e faz outras coisas. Acho que eventualmente seu interesse volta e vai procurar por ele. É um ótimo console e vai ser o console definitivo de muita gente.

You're correct, they've updated the battery from 6000 to 6600mha. I took the specs from the indiegogo site and forgot to update change. Sorry about that!

You can buy it, but you dont get it. At least for half a year or something like that. Its not on stock, its not even in production sometimes due to lockdowns in china. And there is a HUGE list of costumers before you and waiting for month. So, you can buy it but you dont get it. Its a ghost product for now. Nice, but a paper release
To anyone thinking about getting an odin or loki ....dont!!!!! Ayn just screwed me over bad. Customer service is horrible and rude. Can't keep shipping dates because there only putting out 50 to zero a day. Take my advice and stay away from AYN!!!!!!!
