Infused drinking water. It is not necessary that u have to put hot / warm water. Never ever add salt. These ingredients can be dropped in any big vessel or mud pot containing normal drinking water in the previous night. Next day morning, starting from empty stomach till through out the day, u have to keep drinking this infused water. We should empty that water by the end of the day. Again have to prepare fresh again in the night for next day. Lukewarm water (not hot water) is good for health but it is not proved that Warm water will definitely help in weight reduction.
Yes true. Actually I will boil previous night and drink the next morning in empty stomach. Instead of salt, honey is better.
@@RoseEsrosy try Not to boil. Infused is natural release of nutrition from the leaves / fruits into water. If u want to get 100% benefit, we should not put natural food (veggies / fruits) on fire. Only in case of Concoction, u have to boil and drink without milk / sugar / salt. Honey is good but add it when the water / concoction is lukewarm. Simple way to healthy eating is to follow birds & animals. For example, cow.. It eats only when hungry, eat selective food according to season, eats required quantity only (no over eating), prefers Raw food than cooked food, chews it's food well.
It is not possible for everybody to put all the ingredients in water as shown in video. So one can put tulsi leave alone one day, mango tree leaves, Gauva tree leaves, Pudina leaves (all fresh leaves only) cucumber & lemon, Amala Pudina.. Apart from infused water, one can make Charged water. It is nothing but storing drinking water in silver / gold / copper vessel. If no vessels then store water in SS - steel, drop PURE & CLEAN copper coin / Pure silver coin / 24k gold coin overnight and drink it fully next day. Also any altered water we drink should be done only for 48 days. After that give a break and drink Plain water. Again after few days u can go back to infused water for 48 days. Or weekly once change the ingredients combo in infused water.. Too much of goodness is also bad. Stay healthy from mind, body and soul.

This is not juice, this is an alkaline drink, definitely good for health. Don't use hot water, use only lukewarm water. In our family we drink the juice (grind it in mixie) every morning on empty stomach. Best benefits I have experienced so far : no cold cough for years, had power in my vision but now i have removed my power glass and able to see and read normally without glasses. Excellent in anti-ageing as my skin looks much younger now. Put more Amla, dont put salt. Sharing it based on my own experience ❤
