It’s not that great really but also not horrible. Haven’t tested the fx3 or fx6 but I believe they have the same sensor as the A7SIII so they’ll be monsters in lowlight. The RED is a “proper” cinema camera so it’s sensor is super light hungry. I’d say noise is comparable to the pocket 6K

Jajaja muchas gracias! Entiendo lo que dices de lo que la falta a la RED, pero también pienso que ninguna cámara es perfecta desafortunadamente. Pienso que cada cámara en este rango de precio está hecha para un rol muy diferente entonces tendrás que considerar que tipo de videos quieres grabar. Si piensas necesitar una cámara que tiene buen audio incluido y también fps alto, la Komodo probablemente no es buena opción. Pero si buscas la cámara con mejor imagen posible, la RED definitivamente va a ser la mejor elección. Otra cosa que considerar, por ejemplo entre la RED y la Kinefinity, son las opciones entre formatos. La kinefinity graba en ProRes, pero la RED puede grabar R3D RAW que es probablemente uno de los mejores formatos en existencia. En realidad hay varias cámaras muy buenas a este precio, pero al final de cuentas ninguna es perfecta y cada una tendrá su mejor uso entonces depende que tipo de videos piensas grabar.
Still waiting on mine to arrive, so I got a ton of questions. Low light performance? How bad is that touch screen? Word is it's not that responsive.The Komodo seems great but it also seems a little high maintenance. Black shading looks like a pain in the butt. Audio is a concern too.
Loving it haha. Shot quite some paid stuff with the komodo, R6 only for some RUclips reviews. Find the R6 a bit hard to edit so I shoot everything in 1080 and a few vlogs pending to be edited. May never be done😂 Using mostly RF lenses for both cameras.
@@JeffXiaoAn ahh I feel ya on the the r6 editing issues... I filmed this in 4K 24p and it was extremely slow and laggy, but my computer handles r3d files like butter so I was really surprised

I ordered mine from B&H on December 5th... it ended up taking about 4 and a half months to get to me. It’s on backorder everywhere. I emailed red directly out of curiosity a couple of weeks ago and according to them, any orders placed right now are estimated to be fulfilled in 16 weeks (4 months)
How is it on lowlight ? Read it’s noisy when compared to fx3 or fx6. Is that true ?

Same here, hahaha turns out a cinema camera is more convenient than a mirrorless one for some situations. Could make a good video... 🤔
