Hi, I am an avid follower of your channel. I love your designs but may I ask if you can make a modern house design with 8.5m (width) X 11m ( length) measurement with roof deck on a 200 sq m lot with 12.5 meters X 16 meters dimension. It has 4-bedrooms ( 1 at the ground floor and 3 on the 2nd floor including an exclusive balcony at the master's bedroom facing the gate and above the 2 carports ). The stairs are at the main entrance with full glass from the ground floor up to the roof deck. The 2 carports are on the left side of the house and behind the carport is a guest room. The left side of the house has a setback of 2.5 meters where the carports are located and on the right side has 1.5 meters setback where the lanai of the living area and dining area are located while the front has 3 meters and at the back of the house has 2-meter setback. The living room and the dining area are on the same side while the carports, guest room, T & B, kitchen and storage area are on the same side. It has a lanai beside the living room and on the dining room. It has 1 T&B on the ground floor and a common T & B on the second floor and on the master's bedroom a T & B with bath tub and a walk in closet. The second floor has also a second living area or a family area aside from the 3 rooms. On the ground floor has a kitchen with center countertop, a service area (washing and dirty kitchen maybe outside the house). The house has a water tank and a solar panel at the roof deck. There is an elevation from the road side going to our house and another elevation going inside the house to avoid being flooded. I am planning to build a dream house which is only small. I have seen some of your designs of almost the same specs but the stairs are either at the center of the house or straight stairs going to the 2nd floor and roof deck. I'd like to see something that is Z type of stairs near the main entrance with L-shape glass as walls on the stairs up to the roof deck. The carports are located just like on this design but can accommodate 2 cars. Thank you.
