This house is visually appealing and attractive but very impractical in that there isn't enough feet of kitchen counter and kitchen storage, as well as just general storage for family members. To be good design, a house must function well and be aesthetically pleasing. Form follows function.
booo! If you want a big kitchen counter get a bigger lot. This is for minimalist themed house.😊

This is really good. I must have missed a laundry area but for minimalist living this is realistic. That area under the stairs can be used for small pantry and bar area. And each bed can have storage underneath. Awesome design. No need to collect stuff anyways.

Hey dude, I watch all of ur videos, I like them all. Nice talent. But I have a complain about ur houses! None of them has a hallway, so from the main door u enter on the living room, that is not good for the winter. Imagine somebody enter at ur house and the outside is -10℃, the huge of cold temperatur will make u freez, that's not all. The cold temperature when it come inside on the warm temperatur it make humidity.

Needs more leg room in the last bedroom and more closet space and the laundry room in doors, also some cabinets in the bathrooms. Other than that it’s a very nice little house.

request desain rumah untuk LT 7m x 8.5m dengan LB 74m 2.5lantai (ada mezanin) terdiri dari 3KT, 2 KM, balcony, high ceiling, area tangga terdapat pencahayaan dari luar.
- Lantai 1 : open space, terdapat 1 KT, 1KM, dapur, loundry area, carport dan teras
- Lantai mezanin : Area Keluarga dan balcony
- Lantai 2 : 2KT dengan KM Connecting, area balcony

Nice design from the whole outer Architecture of the project,
But I have three points from the interior part of it; in the plan:
1- The villa is directly opened to the sitting area,
I see in this a point bad point for any stranger viewing any visitors that I don't like him to see.
2- The area of the dining space & kitchen is larger than the sitting area, which I find a big defect.
3- The Living area is too small compared to the whole project; Just 1 sofa for all this villa!!!
How can this be accepted?
Anything else, as I have said, is fantastic.

Lep vam je dizajn, međutim nije mi jasno kako ne shvatate da ne živimo svi u krajevima gde je preko cele godine temperatura u plusu?!? Evo kod mene posledniih 5 dana temperatura je stalno oko -5°C, kako onda da mi veš mašina stoji napolju i dovod vode do nje? Radite malo i projekte za sredine u koima je zimi temperatura ispod 0°C.
