In future videos, will you be going over risks of taking HRT if you have benign breast disease, such as ADH?

I will cover everything. This Breast Cancer unit consists of 55 videos.
BUT, you need a consultation to tailor everything specifically to YOU for your question.
This is precisely the kind of thing for which I do one-on-one consultations. You definitely need one. I cannot tailor things specifically to you in a comment box. It requires much more information than you can give me here, and you deserve much more information than I can give you here. No two women are alike, and addressing your situation requires tailoring all the facts specifically to YOU. I do them all via online video conferencing. You can schedule at MenopauseTaylor.ME. I look forward to meeting you and helping you.

Can a woman that already has Dense breasts still utilize HRT since HRT is known to cause dense breasts which in turn leads to a higher risk of breast cancer?

"A woman." You are not "a woman." You are you. And you have to have everything tailored specifically to YOU if you want to do what's right FOR YOU.

Thank you for the invaluable education you are sharing with us. I think you should win a Nobel Peace Prize for your efforts-happier women create a more peaceful world!
I apologize for asking a question unrelated to this video, but I'm having trouble finding the answer anywhere else. I am 52 and in perimenopause. Based on your guidance, I am going to switch from a triphasic BCP to a monophasic pill on a continuous regimen. I know I should keep the same type of progesterone (norethindrone) and the same dosage of estrogen (35 mcg). However, I cannot figure out if I should try a monophasic pill with 0.5 mg of norethindrone/35 mcg of estrogen or one with 1 mg of norethindrone/35 mcg of estrogen. My guess is that if I choose the 0.5/35, I may have increased symptoms of progesterone deficiency, like increased anxiety and headaches, or if I chose the 1/35, I would feel like I have PMS symptoms every day. Am I correct in my thinking? (I know I will have to try it for at least two months to see how it affects me, but I'd prefer to start with a more educated guess!) I am leaning toward 0.5/35 because when I was on the triphasic pill, I felt better during the week when I was taking 0.5/35 versus the last week of 1/35, but that could also be because I was taking it cyclically and returning the 0.5/35 pills after a week of placebo pills. I appreciate any guidance you can offer, and I hope my question benefits others as well. Thank you for everything you do for women!

Thanks to your amazing education, I now “think right”!!! Sadly. “Women think” wrongly because we trusted our doctors, the CDC, NHI, WHI, etc. They have failed us!!! You’re our “Menopause Evangelist”; preaching this truth to all women who will have ears to hear and eyes to see! Thank you, again!!!

Good morning Dr, I’m a DES’s child (my mother took this estrogen during her pregnancy), I would like to have your opinion regarding the possibility of taking HRT (higher risk of cervix’s and breast cancer?). I don’t live in the USA. Thank you very much for your answer and your interesting channel!
