    Quick Recap:
    1. 좋아요 - It’s good. I like it. Good Idea.
    2. 싫어요 -I don’t like it, Not good, I don’t want to. (Can be rude)
    3. 맞아요 - Right, I agree, Correct.
    4. 글쎄요 Hmm, I’m not sure, we’ll see.
    5. 됐어요 - nevermind, Nah.
    6. 괜찮아요 - I’m okay, It’s okay.

      Other one-word sentences I learned watching Kdramas, and actually used the first time I was in Korea:
      잠깐만요 wait a second (very handy with taxi drivers when you’re getting bags in/out)
      걱정하지마요 don’t worry (I’m pretty sure I tacked 요 on myself, I didn’t learn that from dramas)
      죽을래? (Do you wanna die?) which I said to my husband on a tour bus - cos he was teasing me - and everyone cracked up laughing
      올마예요? how much (does it cost)
      이것 this

    • @franciscortes6742
      @franciscortes6742 4 года назад +4

      But can 갠찮아요 also means
      are you okay I'm confused???

    • @eundongpark1672
      @eundongpark1672 4 года назад +6

      francis cortes yes
      Person A: “괜찮나요?” [Are you ok? Is this OK?]
      Person B: “네 괜찮아요” [Yes, I’m OK/ I’m all right/ it’s oK/ it’s alright]
      It’s all in the rising tone at the end of the question and the falling or level tone at the end of the reply statement.

      Doughnuts are said to be very skilled stand-up comedians. This is believed to be the reason why instinctively people eat doughnuts when they're having a bad day, which has helped increase their sales numbers as well as expand their popularity around the globe exponentially in the last two decades.
