I see it's not only me stuttering while being filmed or filming myself when I speak in Korean. Haha. But still those phrases are really useful.I use them all the time. I didn't know about the usage of the 3rd one..할때...Thank you for sharing this with us.

What are the different ways to answer 이름이 뭐에요?
    Informal: 내 이름(은) ♥이야. /야. & (나는) ♥이야. /야.
1.If a kid asked my name, can I say this?
    - 내 이름은 ♥이야. 내 이름은 ♥야.
    2. Is it more natural to drop 은 and say this when speaking:
    - 내 이름 ♥이야. 내 이름 ♥야.
    3. Can I remove 내?
    - 이름 ♥이야. 이름 ♥야.
    4. Is this okay?
    - 나는 ♥이야. 나는 ♥야.
    5. Can I drop the 나는?
    - ♥이야. ♥야.
    Formal: 제 이름(은) ♥입니다. & 제 이름(은) ♥이에요. /예요. & (저는) ♥입니다. & (저는) ♥이에요. /예요.
    6. This is the most formal textbook way, right?
    - 제 이름은 ♥입니다.
    7. When speaking, do most people say without 은:
    - 제 이름 ♥입니다.
    8. Same as 6, is this correct?
    - 제 이름은 ♥이에요. 제 이름은 ♥이름은 ♥이에요.
    9. Same as 7, can I drop 은 when speaking?
    - 제 이름 ♥이에요. 제 이름 ♥예요.
    10. For numbers 6 to 9, can I also drop the 제 when speaking? Can 제 be as easily dropped as 저는 & 나는?
    - 6. 이름은 ♥입니다. 7. 이름 ♥입니다. 8. 이름은 ♥이에요./에요. 9. 이름 ♥이에요./예요.
    11. Many textbooks say this. But what if I'm just meeting a classmate in uni or a peer at yoga class?
    - 저는 ♥입니다.
    12. This is what I usually say, and what most textbooks say.
    - 저는 ♥이에요. 저는 ♥예요.
    13. But I can drop the 저는 in 11 & 12, right?
    - 11. ♥이에요. ♥예요. 12. ♥입니다.

I only know how to say "안녕하세요. 스페인에서운 아라입니다" I thought with that was enough 😔 I didn't know I have to tell what I like to do, my age, etc...I'm quite shy introducing myself because here we don't usually do it

This reminds me a little of introductions at meetings. When you first join a committee or organization. I thought perhaps it was introduction in a more social setting.

안녕하세요, "아길래마리아루이사"라고 합니다. .....아 네,...그... 그걸 벌써 아시죠? ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ ;)
스스로 소개하시는 김지나 씨는 너무 좋으며 되게 즉흥적으로 보였거든용!^^
또한 이 "멍 때리는 거"라는 표현은 진짜 좋아하네요!😁 ....I mean ...does it literally means " punching bruises"? ...it kind of fits the purpose!! 😅😅

WOW! I just saw a comment of yours from 3 years ago on the "how to say stay in Korean" video. Glad to see you're still learning so enthusiastically! May I ask how your Korean has improved over the years?

@@jhin6181 ..ah! ah! ..thank you! ...well considering that I do not have anyone to actually practice live conversation with, it is improving, although slowly, pretty steadily!! ...reading, listening and writing are ALL valuable opportunities to consolidate the Grammar points learnt throughout the TTMIK curriculum; ....but of course this process can only be sustained if your motivation comes from a "solid" base. 😊 ....for example if someone wants to start learning simply because of their favourite K-pop band, it might not stand the test of time.

Yes, I definitely agree that one must have enough and the right kind of motivation to actually sit down and learn the language with passion. It's unfortunate that you don't have anyone to practice the language with in person, but it's clear that your dedication is unshakable!
