As a travel vlogger myself I recently came across your channel while planning my Cambodia trip. Now it looks like I have some great options for Laos. Thanks :)
Ive been there like 4 yrs ago right before the pandemic. Its freaking awesome and so remote. I drove all the way from Vientiane to the border of Cambodia. That was a crazy drive. 😂
I have just finished the loop. On one hand, you will discover some amazing landscapes ❤ and on the other hand you will start to understand why some local people hate this type of big wild tourism 😢
Awesome content and beautiful scenery. I’m planning my Lao trip itinerary for this December. My husband and I don’t like caves, so we’ll skip that. This is very helpful. Thank you so much for the information 👍👏👏❤
im heading there next month, cant wait! but how does it work with my backpack? i have to carry it in the caves and the daily attractions? i travel with a small carry on one, but i dont see myself carry it into caves, hikes and all there is to see and do on the loop :P! thanks :)
Hi guys, I'm writing to you from Italy. I would like to know if "the loop" can also be traveled by car and if the road is passable in August or if there are problems due to the monsoons. Thanks for the reply!!!!!
You can absolutely drive it by car! The roads are wide enough for cars to pass. Just bear in mind that there are many trucks on the road so you might be a bit slower when behind one!
Hi, no way I am riding a motorbike. Do you have any idea whether there is a way to do it on the back of a bike? Like an organized tour- like the easy riders Ha Giang loop in Vietnam? I asked google, but did not find anything so far. Could anybody help?
Hmmm we also didn't see the option advertised to do it with an easy rider... If you meet some fellow travellers, you might be able to drive with them? or on the back of someone?
We left our big bags at the hotel we stayed at. But you can also leave it at the motorbike rental place (they have lockers). We only took a small backpack with essentials
Did you see many rental shops that rent dirtbikes or like supermoto (motard), adventure type of motorbikes? I couldn't come here and then ride a scooter :D Btw you guys make awesome informative videos, really speeding up my research time! Thank you!

May I ask what you did with all of your luggage during the trip?

Awesome! Thank you for the information. I was beginning to panic as I leave Vientiane in two days to explore the loop.
Does anyone know if you can do the loop with an easy driver? I don't have a liscense, so if it's not possibble I will go to Pakse
Nobody ask for license
I was there 2014 don't know how there changes alot

I think some of the rental shops had better options indeed! But they also come with a heavier price tag lol! Hope you have a good time there
