This floor plan is perfect! I can't believe the detail and finishes for the price! I need to get out of the D.C. metro area. That price wouldn't even buy you a new condo here. That price is cheaper than my current condo I bought 8 years ago! And yes to the bonus rooms! My dream home has a well-lit bonus room for a craft room, 3br, open floorplan, massive kitchen island, screened porch, and a fenced in back yard for the doggos. This is probably why I love your homes so much! You all build beautiful homes. Hoping to make my way down to the Raleigh area soon.
Not to say Mike doesn't have great homes, but 375k for this is too much. I've seen MUCH bigger houses bought brand new with nice yards inside of gated communities for 275k to 325k.

Just a suggestion, shoot your videos with wide angle lenses. Do not zoom!
Can someone explain American bathroom windows not being obscured glass? Given how close some homes sit? Here in the uk you’d never get a clear glass window in your bathroom unless you were a good bit away from neighbours or it wasn’t an overlooked window.
Explanation is easy: it's cheap
@@katmac7990 Well that might be true but Im curious why you would do it knowing at some point youre going to have to obscure it somehow later on... makes no sense.
Its up to the client. There is an added cost with obscure glass. You have some clients who would rather put blinds or decorative curtains when moving in.
